They where professional, courteous, and prompt. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing work. They informed me they also do AC work! While the team was pleasant to talk to, ultimately my issue was not resolved and no follow up was made by them. $280 to snake once and tell me we need video, $750 to run the camera down 2 pipes and tell me it's broken. Ok, but $750 for 1 hour of work? That's a heck of a deal. They never followed up with solutions to fix and more importantly for $750 I expect a thorough report delivered to me, with write up and the videos. I got none.

Called Cutler Bay Plumbing to follow up, they ran the camera for FREE, they then ran a larger snake for FREE to confirm the findings. Then presented me with my options right away and very reasonable.

$1030 to Ocean for 2 hours of work and no resolution or plan delivered is unacceptable. Sorry.
