I have never left this place in less than 45 minutes even if nobody's there they know what they're doing unfortunately their system is broken literally all you have to do is look at your South store and follow it's so unfortunate that you have such a great location and don't know how to manage it make your supply house useless

Went to pick up some 2inch parts for a special project the counter person was helpfull and friendly . If you need pluming supplies I recommend them .

Good place to buy plumbing parts. I think Larry help me. He guided me thru. From what to get and how to do it. I'm a do it yourself newby. He help me in such a way that I felt confident I was going to do it right. Thanks Larry!!!

I can see this company going bankrupt soon. Overcharging for PVC. Prices are cheaper elsewhere. Yes PVC prices are going up a few dollars, but having double the price of that of Lowes or Homedepot is ridiculous. Supply stores need to be cheaper than the competition or match pricing.

Customer service does not exist at this location... Employees are rude. It's amazing and a mystery this place is operating. I wouldn't be surprise if it goes bankrupt

I called ahead to find out about their opening hours on a Saturday and was told 12pm. I arrived at 11:48am and was told (through the locked door) that they were closing early today. What kind of customer service is that?

Worst service I've experienced in a while.
56 minutes before I was asked what I needed. Once I asked for a 10 PVC cap its taken them 18 minutes to receive 1 item. Unacceptable

Marlon was our salesperson, he was friendly, always helpful and easy to work with! We did a 3.5 bedroom house, all the new plumbing supplies and hardware came from Bond, we would definitely work with Marlon again!

I’d rate it less than 1 but not an option, like every place else in Miami, people are clueless. Took over an hour for them to locate 1 item which in the end they didn’t even have. Go to Lion plumbing instead

EXCELLENT assistance and service. Larry was very knowledgable and sold me the best product for my needs. Purchased 80 gal. hot water heater for residential property. Great prices. Highly recommend.

Went to bond for some home renovations and Larry was on point with the list of things i needed from my plumber, got everything super fast and accurate. We also needed some shower heads and faucets from the Bond Street Boutique. Even though its by appointment Marlon brought us through and guided us with the best options. Great service.

Update: I am currently standing here at the bond supply check out counter and their employees are beyond slow. I’ve been standing here for an hour and counting!

Worst place to shop, while 3 people are behind the counter and only two customers in the whole store. It’s still took them 45 minutes to check me out. Save time and drive an extra 20 minutes you’ll thank me.

Some of the guys infron take for ever and at times is only one person upfront
