Top service—quick and efficient. I called, and in less than 24 hours, my septic tank was cleaned.

Had a great experience with Septic Masters. I had a challenging situation since I have turf installed over my septic tank and didn’t want it to get ruined.

I had called other companies who simply refused to even do the job.

Hector on the other hand was very professional, courteous and thorough.

Not only did he answer the phone on a weekend, he gave me a detailed plan of how he would do it, showed up on time on the day we scheduled for the estimate and to see the site to ensure he could actually do it before committing, accommodated me when I had to change the date and finally came with his cousin with a camera system to find the exact location of the tank in order to have the smallest possible area to dig and least amount of cutting/damage to my turf.

He did an amazing job !

The turf looks like it was barely touched and he left the area very clean. He also created a new lid system that is much easier to access in the future with minimal digging. Can’t recommend Septic Masters and Hector enough and plan to use his company in the future.

Hector is a true professional and a man of his word. Arrived promptly as promised and completed a thorough and excellent job on my septic system. He’s our guy now!

Hector took an emergency call at midnight on a Saturday night with ZERO hesitation. He was responsive and enthusiastic. I called 3 other companies before and they all said NO. He got to work immediately and saved my airbnb guests who had no working toilets or showers. He is very honest and hard-working and his prices are Fair! Recommend 100%!

I had an emergency visit with these guys calling them at about 9pm and by 10:30pm they arrived at my house. The whole time Hector kept me posted in regards to time of arrival, which I appreciated. As soon as he got to my house he looked at the septic tank and was cleaning out within 10 min. These guys went beyond the scope of work by helping me to uncover the reason for one of my bathrooms being clogged. It turned out I had a broken pipe. Had it not been for Hector and his assistant I would have had to hire a plumber to figure out the bathroom situation. I am really appreciative for people like Hector. I recommend him without a doubt. Excellent work! I called several companies before deciding to go with Hector. He was responsive and very professional from the first call and he also offered very honest and competitive prices.
