We bought an older home and got the surprise that our cast iron pipe were scaling and cracking.

Sewer solutions made one visit and professionally filmed the pipe on close circuit and provided an estimate on the spot as well as schedule the four day process.

Here is the key takeaways - the cost was 15% of what replacing the pipes would be. The staff was exceptional in terms for professionalism and their skill/knowledge. This is not easy work and we are so impressed by the team and the product.

Great professional job performed by Pedro , Juan and Yariel crew. Very receptive of customer’s needs and understanding of the existing problem. Flexible to work on payments. They were able to restore my sewer pipes to an outstanding condition. They were respectful of the property and do a thorough cleanup afterwards. Highly recommended!

Plumbing system was cleaned and lining installed. Laundry drain pipes were destroyed when opening up access to main drain pipe. Company salesman Yariel offered to do the repairs for an extra $1,500 after they broke it with their equipment. Absolutely unacceptable, to charge me extra for something they did. Will update more if there is anything else wrong in the future. I fear that this broken pipe may leak at some point. Most of the reviews I read on here were made by the same employees of the company.

Sewer Solutions replaced my broken tankless water heater few months ago. Ever since they installed it, the lights in my house would flicker every time hot water was running.
Two electricians came to troubleshoot and they both confirmed the problem was with the newly installed water heater (I paid for those visits out of my pocket).
I called Sewer Solutions and asked them to replace it. They took it to their shop and returned the same unit claiming the problem is with my wiring.
I asked to speak with the owner. After three days of me following up he finally called and said that he can recommend a good electrician. I said I could do it, but if the problem is with the water heater that they installed, he would have to pay for the visit. He said he would call me back.
That was 4 days ago. I called him 3 (three!) more times. Every time he picked up the phone and told me "I will call you back in 5 minutes". Still no call back.
Stay away. They rip you off.
I am going to report them to BBB as well.

Extremely unprofessional!!!! Came to my house for a clogged pipe. They give me zero information about how much the visit costed and zero information about how much it would cost to fix the issue. No quotes, the fixed the issue without checking with me the home owner, I was given the opportunity to sign off on anything or agree to any quotes. I was then told I had to pay $450 after paying them $10000 to fix my main line initially. Hands down worst customer service I’ve ever received. BUYER BEWARE!!
