Leo and Andrés just finished cleaning my house, my sidewalks, my driveway, my lanai and lanai screen, and my roof. They did a fantastic job! They showed up on time, were professional and friendly, and worked hard. Buddy, the manager, was easy to work with and accommodated my availability to be at the house while the work was being done. In addition to all of that, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend GWS Pressure washing.

Initially a poor job was done due to two careless employees. The owner contacted me directly, reimbursed me my deposit, and corrected the issue using another associate (Tom). I am pleased and will be using these individuals again for pressure cleaning services. Do not be alarmed my concrete did not cure properly when it was initially installed so it looks a little discolored.

Highly recommended GWS Pressure Cleaning, this is a top notch company. I dealt with Buddy who was very accommodating and able to do the job next day. Leo & Jorge arrived right on scheduled to clean the roof, both of them were very professional and detailed. You don’t find companies like GWS very often where they deliver the service requested on schedule and with the professionalism these two gentlemen delivered. They treated the property like their own. Can’t say enough on how pleased I am and will recommend to friends and neighbors.

I usually don't do reviews, but these guys did such an amazing job. I feel obligated to get on here and let people know how great their work is.. I'd called three pressure cleaning companies right before Christmas because I wanted the house clean and nice before the holiday. Number one the prices were outrageous however I called GWS and I spoke to Buddy and I got a good feeling from him. I've never done work with them before, but I thought I'd give him a try. We scheduled within the same week. They were on time, professional kind, and most of all did an amazing job. My house look completely different. They cleaned everything, nothing was left on touched. I've had pressure cleaning jobs in the past and none of them compare to GWS. They use a cleaning solution to get the house sidewalks driveway everything clean without damaging your house. This is not a fake review. This is real life experience. Look no further for pressure cleaning Company. These guys are the best. I highly respect businesses that deliver on their promise, and they did. For that they have gained a customer for life. Trust me ' I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. Today I had my roof and windows pressure cleaned. The guys that came did an amazing job. They were on time and very professional.
They exceeded my expectations. My gutters were dirty and I originally didn't ask to clean them but these guys noticed they were very dirty and cleaned for me. That's what I call Customer Service.
I will continue using them and also recommending to my friends and family.

SEE UPDATE!! Prompt arrival and easy to communicate with. Pressure cleaned my metal roof, paver driveway and sidewalks. They even clean your windows! Paid attention to small things like curbing and small concrete pads. Would definitely recommend Buddy and his team.
UPDATE - a few days after the job was completed. I had numerous plants dropping leaves and dying some not even near the pressure cleaning. They need to be more careful and maybe cover some areas. They did not respond to my text with pictures of my dead plants. Use caution.
UPDATE#2 - I was contacted and was told I would receive my money back and I could update my review if I wanted. NO MONEY, NO CONTACT I didn’t ask for a complete refund, just to replace completely dead plants $75

I hired GWS Pressure Cleaning to clean my driveway and roof, and the results were amazing. They were punctual, professional, and paid great attention to detail. Everything looks brand new, and they were also very friendly throughout the entire process. I’ll definitely recommend them and use their services again!

Raphael & Bruno were on time and worked as a good team. When finished everything was clean and washed down with clean water. Roof and driveway look almost brand new.

Miami Soft Wash did a great job cleaning a roof for me. I had the opportunity of working with Jose and i really liked the system they work with to let me know who is going to be workings at my house, and the great communication they had throughout the project. Excellent service! Miami Softwash’s crew was professional and arrived at the exact time they had scheduled our house for. They cleaned our roof really good and without destroying any of our tiles, as it had been my previous experience with another company.

They also washed our solar panels, which was one of the few companies that actually offered that service.

Whatever they use to clean and prevent mold/algae growth it’s powerful as we could still smell it the next day, so I’m sure our roof will look great for a few years.

Costs were on par with other quotes received, so no complaints there.
