I contacted AIR MIKE AC, INC. because they had a special offer on duct cleaning services. At first, I was a bit unsure, but there was no need to worry! Theodore and Javier arrived right on time for the appointment. We walked through my house together and discussed what needed to be done. They made helpful suggestions about improving air quality and A/C efficiency, but there was never any pressure. Once the ducts were cleaned, I immediately noticed a difference—the A/C worked much better, and I didn’t need to run any extra fans to stay comfortable in the Florida heat. The results really impressed me, especially when I saw all the dust and debris that was removed from the ducts. I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend air duct cleaning to anyone looking to improve their indoor air quality and cooling efficiency!

Update... Shop owner reached out personally at 7pm and a service tech was on site promptly in the morning. He was excellent, and diagnosed with a computer.. System is running pending a sensor. Very pleased and thankful.

Scheduled a service call at 8 AM with a confirmed appointment of 10 to 12 AM, by them via text. 5 pm and a no show, not a reliable outfit. Would not recommend. Specifically I was a Flow Tech Customer of Mario's for 20 years, clearly a different attitude and montra. Disappointing to say the least.

We have a maintenance plan with this company and had a leak in our kitchen sink so I called to get a plumber to come by. Miguel came and said he couldn’t fix anything, just replace the faucet and gave us two quotes of over $600 and $900 to replace a kitchen sink faucet. He wouldn’t actually do anything to fix the problem, was just trying to sell, and rip us off. We called another plumber the next day and he came by and just tightened the leaky faucet for FREE. This is the difference between professionalism who actually care about service and those that don’t give a crap, very shameful and completely worthless and waste of time.

I had an AC leak for almost three months. My regular AC team told me it was a plumbing issue with a clogged condensation pipe. We brought in plumbers to check it out, but after numerous visits back and forth, they still couldn’t fix the problem. I knew they weren’t the right team for the job, but they kept giving excuses like, 'Oh, it’s this,' 'It’s that,' or 'The pipe isn’t pivoted properly.'

Sunny Bliss installed a hybrid water heater in my Miami Beach home. They scoped the work and provided an estimate that I approved. They installed the new water heater the same day. The person I spoke to on the phone was spectacular and gave a great customer service. The technician was professional and relatable. The entire experience was amazing from start to finish.
