Had a bad situation with my ac unit and called them to fix the problem. The way the unit was installed to drain was a really bad arrangement and not done in the best possible way causing a leak and damage. They came and fixed everything. They spent alot of hours repairing and cleaning my unit. They also replaced damaged parts or parts that were installed incorrectly. My ac runs great and i have peace of mind that it will not damage other areas of my house with an accidental leak. Great workers, great work at a great price. They also take pride in their work. I will call them for all my ac needs and highly recommend them to others.

This 2nd visit was to service the ac system and clean the coils. The service technician Osvaldo was super efficient. He not only removed and cleaned the coils but he also cleaned the air handler unit itself and all the associated wiring. He performed all the service in a clean, neat and, in a workmanship manner. My name is Dr. Jafri A Rambeau. I must say that first impressions are truly very lasting impressions. Osvaldo from KYC definitely made a Positively Profound Lasting Impression. Beforehand, I was dealing with a local competitor of KYC for years. For years (9 years) all the competitor would do is place a band aide on the A/C. Not Osvaldo and KYC. He told me that I needed a complete A/C overhaul. The price point was very affordable. The service was par excellent and now we are back in stride keeping our cool in this Miami heat thanks to KYC.
