So far I've had the panels going on two months and my average fpl bill is only covering 75% of my total bill compared to the 95% I was promised. Still a big reduction from my bill but not what I was promised :/

Sales: My sales rep is Mike Morales, he has been super knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive. The sale process was very smooth, he answered all my questions and was able to provide reliable feedback, and grounded in common sense solutions.

Contracts/Permitting: usual with this kind of project. Mike and team would give me heads up/reminders if there was a piece on my end to complete as I wanted the project completed timely, and notified me of current standings.

Installation: once permitted got approved, install was fairly quick, like 3 days or less, install team was respectful of my property, and picked up any mess left, additionally did touch ups of any scuffs made.

Post install support: Nick (whom I can remember his last name) gave me a run down of the setup, things to expect and his contact info should issues arise. Mike has also kept in touch with me (now 3-4 months later) reviewing energy vs consumption tables.

If I had another project like this coming up, I would pick them again. Highly recommend Mike Morales and Nick.

Volt Home recently replaced our roof, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish.
