I recently had Melkris Landscaping install a hedge at my home, and the experience was fantastic. The team was professional, skilled, and took great care in ensuring the hedges were planted perfectly. They helped me select the right variety, and their attention to detail was evident throughout the process.
The work was completed efficiently, and they left my yard clean and well-organized. The new hedges have enhanced the look of my property beautifully.

I have known Carlos personally for over 15 years and he is the most honest, most hardworking, and most reputable landscaper in the tri-county area. I first became acquainted with Carlos when I coached his youngest daughter on her school’s running team and I then developed a deeper connection with him when I taught his oldest daughter Math and Science in the fifth grade. Carlos was fast and efficient giving the price and delivering the grass although they can improve in installing in getting more detail oriented and specially preping the soil and the condition of the total area.

Very disappointing experience with Melkris Landscaping Services.

The project was started but then left unfinished for about a month. During that time the backyard remained in a hazardous condition with construction debris and materials left on site. The property is occupied by military personnel, who did not like about the condition of the yard while the work was incomplete.

Despite multiple messages and promises that the work would be completed and to protect the area while left it incomplete, they didn’t care and no one showed up when scheduled. The delays created inconvenience for the tenants and liability for the property owner.

In addition, I had someone else inspect the concrete slab that was installed on the patio and was informed that the slab is uneven. Some areas are noticeably higher than others, creating a significant slope instead of a properly leveled surface.

Given the delays, the condition in which the property was left during the project, and the quality issues with the slab, I am requesting a refund to partially compensate for the problems caused.

Unfortunately, this experience showed a lack of reliability, communication, and quality control. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to carefully evaluate other options.
