Tree reviews in Miami, Florida

I hardly write reviews but I was so impressed with the company, I had to share. These days its very difficult to find good work. They were professional, timely, job done as expected and cleaned up very well. I highly recommend True Tree, could not be happier.

Excellent experience with True Tree Service! Drake and the entire team were extremely knowledgeable and professional from the initial site visit through project completion. Highly recommended!

True Tree Servuce went above and beyond what I expected. Not only did they do a great job of pruning my tree, but when my neighbors demanded, they pruned more to accommodate them. They were very polite, nice and helpful. I will use them again!

These guys are THE best especially with my big Gables oak trees in our tiny back yard! Very careful, professional and I learn so much every time I talk to them! Have used them several times over the past 6 years. They trim for the health of the trees and the aesthetics just happen. Take their guidance. You won't be sorry.

This company did an amazing job on our tree! I was worried it would look super naked or like they chopped off random parts but it looks awesome. They were also very fast!

Ian and Drake did great job trimming tree that was interfering with cable and or phone lines to our house. Very pleased with results and their responsiveness. Really a couple of nice guys, highly recommend them.

True Tree brings a certain level of excellence and professionalism to the table that sets them apart from most companies. These guys are so honest and hard working. It's clear that they value their clients needs and their professional approach is highly personable. They are dedicated to their skill and are talented at what they do.

Repeat Customer Review: True Tree Service & its team has been great to work with. This is the second time we contract the company to help us trim and prune trees around our home. After the first time they trimmed/prunned our avocado tree (approx 2 years ago), our tree grew out so beautiful. The second time around we sought the help of the company to help us control the avo tree plus two other trees, due to growth in width and height, & for hurricane season prep. Once again, the company sent out arborists to trim the trees to help them grow out healthy & give us a beautiful aesthetic trim for each tree. The team cleaned up every last leaf/twig and left our house probably cleaner than what it was. We will definitely continue to contract them. We love that this company has arborists on staff & thanks to their knowledge, we've been able to make informed decisions based on arboriculture + our personal needs. Contract this company if these are a priority for you: impeccable customer service, great work, trained staff & timeliness. Thank you, True Tree Service. We'll be back in a couple of years or less if the trees grow quickly!

These guys were great. Ian gave us a thorough estimate with a good price in a timely manner. Drake was fantastic with his crew, trimming several large trees and removing one large tree. An easy and professional experience by good people.

He quickly responded to the online quote request and each message afterwards. Was able to schedule us the next morning. A mistake was made with the driver where he went to the wrong house, but John and another man came right away when we wrote asking if they were lost. They arrived quickly, were very professional, and executed the job perfectly. John also offered a small discount because of the mistake, which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends!

Ian, Ryan, and the entire team here in Panama City to support Hurricane Michael relief are doing outstanding work. The most professional group of arborist (to call them tree service guys is a real understatement) on the planet. Fair pricing (more than fair) great service and great people. Went above and beyond for my home and the homes of my parents and in-laws. These guys are amazing. If there was a 6 star rating I would give it. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Best arborists in the region, Drake and his partner went out of there way to get the job done right. I have used other services before to great disappointment, but True Tree Service is quite on the contrary - I was incredibly impressed by their expertise and quality work!! Not to mention they are great to work with and take great pride in what they do!!

These guys really are SUPERIOR...the entire crew. I needed a hurricane cut on three HUGE Royal Palms. The job was big and scary (to me!) but they did the job so safely and cleanly. Each of the young men on the crew were very intelligent ,passionate about what they do, and extremely professional. They were so polite and caring about my property and they took the time to tell me interesting things about my plants. These guys aren't just doing a job. They are tree guys. It makes a big difference.Their pricing is reasonable for the quality of the work they do

Loved dealing with True Tree Service! They did an awesome job pruning our avocado tree. The crew was super nice, very professional and extremely knowledgeable — they gave me valuable pointers on how to improve my garden. I plan to use them to install the root barrier for the pool. True Tree Service will definitively be the go-to place for me in the future. Highly recommend!

When Drake came to give me a quote, he was super-friendly and really took his time to explain the work and answer any questions I had about how to maintain the trees on my property. On the day of service, he and his crew did a great job following through on the work, and also took extra time to make sure we were satisfied. Their office staff is also super-responsive on email. I'd definitely use True Tree Service again.

Very pleased with the arbor experience I had from True Tree Service. Drake (owner) was both informative and helpful in his estimation of exactly what I needed. The price was competitive. The crew were prompt and courteous. My communication with Greer was a pleasure. I heartily recommend this outstanding company.

We had an amazing experience with True Tree Service. From the first phone call, the crew came out very promptly to check our site and provide an estimate. The crew came exactly as scheduled, and did a great job with tree removal and pruning. Nick and his crew were courteous, professional, and left the site cleaner than they found out. I would definitely use them again, and would strongly recommend them.

This is a good little company. We were very impressed with their demeanor, excellent tools and equipment, and performance. They take service seriously. Truly nice people to work with. Big surprise to us was that they used all electric saws pretty much. So much more quiet than what you expect. They managed to remove an absolutely gigantic tree that was threatening our house. We tried for years to save the tree but it got to the point where it's just going to crack the foundation or fall in a major storm. It got to the point we couldn't get insurance because of the tree hanging over the house. So the monster tree unfortunately had to be removed. We of course have tons of other trees and excellent canopy. We were glad that we worked with such a solid company that cares about the people they take care of. They were also open to discussing our wants of conservation. In the end solid all around and reasonable in cost. The guys were so pleasant to have around and effective in their work we tipped them well.

True Tree Service went above and beyond to ensure that my mango trees were well manicured and it was all done with the lens of an educated, trained, and professional arborist that truly cares for the trees. This is unlike the local landscaper that just chops the tree limbs with no knowledge of how to cut trees so they grow in good health. I was shocked to see the regrowth from the previous company had rot at the end of the limbs and cuts that never went all the way thru creating open wounds.

Drake at True Tree Service came to my house for a free estimate days after my initial call and I was impressed by his well rounded knowledge from his tree expertise to general agriculture, naming of plant varieties, orchids, gardening, and regenerative farming. He is a professional well trained arborist that knows how and when trees need to be trimmed. He is honest and fair too!

He got the job done quickly and included me in the process so I understood what was happening. It was cool to watch him use a harness to climb the trees and cut limbs from the center within the tree to get the top growth.

I now understand why spending the extra money on a boutique tree service makes it worth it to ensure my mango trees are well taken care of so they can grow healthy for years to come, and continue to harvest fruit year after year! I recommended True Tree Service to all my friends and family in Miami and thought I should write them a nice review here too for everyone to see. For the love of trees.....I hope more people choose to hire an arborist over an unknowledgeable landscaper.

True Tree Service did extraordinarily excellent work on our complex tree trimming project! ISA certified and PMT licensed qualifies true tree for any and all tree trimming jobs. True Tree provided highly specialised knowledge and insight to gain county and state approval for our environmentally sensitive tree trimming job. Top quality and value. We will never go anywhere else for all of our tree trimming needs.

Great service! They are very professional and did exactly what we requested. The trees they cut were difficult to reach but they were very careful and cleaned up once done. We will definitely use their services again in the future.
