I belong to the Board of Directors of a Condominium. I called Native Tree and they took 2 weeks to go to the Condo to quote for tree and palm trimming. Kathy who thinks is the owner has a very rough attitude. When they finally arrived to do the estimate, Kathy called and said that this was not going to work because there was no one that spoke English, mind you we had instructed them to go to the office in the clubhouse. When they arrived at the clubhouse they found 2 people that spoke English and then the guy doing the estimate said that he didn't need anyone to accompany him to go around the complex. I am still waiting for the estimate and when I called yesterday, Kathy told me that she was doing a time sensitive job, that she would get back to me. Today I called and the estimate is not ready yet. I called again and asked to leave a message to the owner and sarcastically she supposedly will let the owner know. If they are this irresponsible with quotes imagine if you contract them to do the job. Norma Espinet -Sovereigns Condominium

Hired Native Tree for the second year in a row last week. Gene really knows a lot about trees and trimming them to increase their health, and is quick to lend a hand to the crew. Cathy from the office is always very nice. Happy with the end result both times.

I want to thank Native Tree Service for the great job they did trimming my trees. I am a residential customer with just two trees and was treated as if I was the only customer. I tried to get my neighbors on board so we call have our trees trimmed at the same time. This turned out to be very difficult. I asked for many variations of the proposal and they complied professionally to each one. When it was just me left with a smaller job, I became a pest because of the time it took with the neighbors. I realized my delay and started obsessing about my oak trees (not that uncommon) and wanted them cut right away, regardless of the delay I caused. Native Tree Service promptly trimmed the trees (beautifully) and was very pleasant about, even after I became irrational about the trees (yes, this happens). They handled me perfectly even at my worst. I strongly recommend them for the skilled arborist and their customer service.

I wish I knew what happened to this company. Twice I used them with great results. This year I couldn’t even get them on the phone. When I finally did after 2 months someone came out to look at my property and said they would send me an estimate. That was over 2 months ago so I had to find another company. Amazing how often this happens in South FL.

I had good luck with Native Tree Service personally with my Oak and Silver Buttonwood tree trims. However, this company was recently awarded a contract to service the grounds in Lakes of the Meadow. They are an absolute catastrophe of an operation in this capacity, tip to tail. Drive around and inside the neighborhood. We look third world since they’ve assumed command. They’ll be done soon here at LoM, rest assured. For anyone else thinking of them in the future, save yourself a headache and find someone else.

The guys who took down a large pine tree from my backyard did great work. It only took them 4 hours to cut the tree all the way down and another couple of weeks later, they came back with cold weather conditions to grind it into stumps. I highly recommend their services!

Four men spent five hours cutting down a huge sweetgum tree from my backyard. They returned two weeks later to grind the stump, which took them only an hour and half. I highly recommend their services as they did high-quality work for me at affordable prices!

Thank you Carlos for a job well done and for being on time as well. I needed to redo my backyard, and I was looking for a company that does artificial grass. I took a couple estimate, but at the end I was decided to go with Carlos because of the quality of his material. I needed the work to be done ASAP, but Carlos was available on Monday, but I wanted it to be done over the weekend when I am around so that I can inspect the work myself. Carlos told me this weekend he was already booked, but he could put me in for next week, so we set up the appointment for next week. Carlos showed up exactly at 8:00 AM in my house by the end of the day the job is finished. Very professional company and employees. We received a detailed estimate of work we requested and that is exactly what they delivered. We added a couple of additional items on day of service and they were able to accommodate at a reasonable rate. They cut the trees, removed all debris in a fast, safe and professional manner. I highly recommend Carlos and his crew!

Carlos was very professional and did a great job removing the tree roots and smoothing out all the pavers in the driveway. We had to deal with a very tough HOA getting approval for the project but Marlyn handled everything beautifully. I highly recommend this company for all your landscaping needs.
