Tree reviews in Miami, Florida

Ron and his team are the best in the business. I completely trust him and his professionalism is been only by his excellent service.

They have efficient employees here in Big Ron’s Tree Service. I have worked with them in maintaining my garden since the time they started. I haven’t had any problems with them since then.

Just had trees trimmed in my yard. Fair price and job done was excellent. Crew was on time, courteous, and worked quickly and efficiently.

I have used the Tree Cutting Services of Big Ron’s for several years and have always had fantastic results. I would highly recommend the company.

They worked at a house across the street from ours. In so doing, their trucks blocked off traffic on our street. The only way for cars to drive on our street they had to drive through our lawn. Ron refused to compensate us for our damages.

The worst! I was just treated so rudely by their “foreman”. They pulled into our apartment complex, completely blocking all of the cars in, not to mention blocking access to the garbage, so we couldn’t get to it, nor could the county come and pick up the garbage. When I came out to say something about this, their foreman started telling me to shut up and go back inside. He told me to stop yapping and go get a man to come outside to talk for me.

Very professional work - quick and clean - even after accidentally dropping a branch on some nearby concrete they repaired it, without question - excellent company - we recommend for all tree trimming needs!

Big Ron’s Tree Service is easy to talk to and to work with. One call and they immediately respond and provide their best performance when doing their work.

From the first phone call, to completion of the job, Big Ron's and his staff were efficient, professional, respectful of the environment, clean, timely and took ownership of the work. Thank you Big Ron.

I called Big Ron’s Tree Service for their tree removal service because our tree was suffering from termites and somehow the termites are attacking the wooden floors on our balcony near the tree. I am going to miss that tree but I am happy about Big Ron’s excellent tree removal service. They even suggested me on which tree I plant next.

They got back to me the same day. They gave me a free cost estimate. It was worth the wait to have them come out and cut my trees. No problems.
Crew was very professional. I would use them again.

Outstanding service and great teamwork displayed by the workers. It was a pleasure taking a day off work to see these guys in action. David was the head guy, listened to what my boss (wife) wanted and delivered . My wife is happy and when she is happy, I'm happy too.

Ron is not your average tree-trimmer. He's an arborist, has a wealth of industry knowledge, and always does a great job. I would highly recommend working with him.

Very professional and I would recommend this company to anybody

Colleen and Ron were very professional on the Arborist report I needed. Colleen was on time and quick to issue a detailed report. What I appreciate the most was that they were very helpful after to help me address some of the city environmental comments on my permit. Highly recommended !

We had six large trees that had to be trimmed or cut to roof level. Jason scheduled the crew quickly, and Ron sent a crew of 7 people (supervised by Deyves) to do the job over two days. Deyves and his crew did an outstanding job with their cutting and trimming. The placement of branches and log debris were as instructed. Deyves had to climb 5 of the trees as they were inaccessible with a lift. That alone merits five stars! The crew came on time (8:30), worked steadily, and left no mess. I will be using Big Ron's team again.

Big Ron and his team were great. They were extremely responsive and courteous during my first meeting with Ron. His team was prompt, professional and did a great job. Thank you.

Big Ron has you covered. A team of excellent professionals and a pleasure to work with.

After Hurricane Irma last year it’s been HELL to try to find not just anyone to work on my tree damage but someone honest and affordable. Luckily I remembered a friend of mine who’s a longtime member of BNI, Business Network International and called and asked him if he knew of an Arborist in their network of professionals and luckily he said yes and introduced me to Big Ron’s Tree Service. Big Ron himself showed up at my house in Coconut Grove the following day and gave me a very reasonable estimate which I approved and 2 days later his crew and equipment where at my doorstep and professionally took care of my problem. Eyes closed and hands down would never think of calling anyone else for any kind of foliage problems.

I’ve used Big Ron a few times but this might be my last. Trees were not trimmed with any concern for aesthetics. Branches should have been cut flush to the main branch and instead were cut leaving little stumps everywhere. Fallen branches were dragged across the concrete deck leaving marks. Debris was even dragged against stucco walls and corners of the house that look like a mess now. Orchids that were nowhere near the trimmed branches were nocked off and missing. I try to support local and wish them the best but their crew might need more training.

It is so great to see people take pride in their work. The crew that came out to my house were friendly,on-time, and cared about the results. The yard and the trees look great after being trimmed and everything was cleaned up. I will use Big Ron again next year and you should too!
