We had an amazing experience with True Tree Service. From the first phone call, the crew came out very promptly to check our site and provide an estimate. The crew came exactly as scheduled, and did a great job with tree removal and pruning. Nick and his crew were courteous, professional, and left the site cleaner than they found out. I would definitely use them again, and would strongly recommend them.

This is a good little company. We were very impressed with their demeanor, excellent tools and equipment, and performance. They take service seriously. Truly nice people to work with. Big surprise to us was that they used all electric saws pretty much. So much more quiet than what you expect. They managed to remove an absolutely gigantic tree that was threatening our house. We tried for years to save the tree but it got to the point where it's just going to crack the foundation or fall in a major storm. It got to the point we couldn't get insurance because of the tree hanging over the house. So the monster tree unfortunately had to be removed. We of course have tons of other trees and excellent canopy. We were glad that we worked with such a solid company that cares about the people they take care of. They were also open to discussing our wants of conservation. In the end solid all around and reasonable in cost. The guys were so pleasant to have around and effective in their work we tipped them well.

True Tree Service went above and beyond to ensure that my mango trees were well manicured and it was all done with the lens of an educated, trained, and professional arborist that truly cares for the trees. This is unlike the local landscaper that just chops the tree limbs with no knowledge of how to cut trees so they grow in good health. I was shocked to see the regrowth from the previous company had rot at the end of the limbs and cuts that never went all the way thru creating open wounds.

Drake at True Tree Service came to my house for a free estimate days after my initial call and I was impressed by his well rounded knowledge from his tree expertise to general agriculture, naming of plant varieties, orchids, gardening, and regenerative farming. He is a professional well trained arborist that knows how and when trees need to be trimmed. He is honest and fair too!

He got the job done quickly and included me in the process so I understood what was happening. It was cool to watch him use a harness to climb the trees and cut limbs from the center within the tree to get the top growth.

I now understand why spending the extra money on a boutique tree service makes it worth it to ensure my mango trees are well taken care of so they can grow healthy for years to come, and continue to harvest fruit year after year! I recommended True Tree Service to all my friends and family in Miami and thought I should write them a nice review here too for everyone to see. For the love of trees.....I hope more people choose to hire an arborist over an unknowledgeable landscaper.

True Tree Service did extraordinarily excellent work on our complex tree trimming project! ISA certified and PMT licensed qualifies true tree for any and all tree trimming jobs. True Tree provided highly specialised knowledge and insight to gain county and state approval for our environmentally sensitive tree trimming job. Top quality and value. We will never go anywhere else for all of our tree trimming needs.

He quickly responded to the online quote request and each message afterwards. Was able to schedule us the next morning. A mistake was made with the driver where he went to the wrong house, but John and another man came right away when we wrote asking if they were lost. They arrived quickly, were very professional, and executed the job perfectly. John also offered a small discount because of the mistake, which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends!

Slow to respond, extremely overpriced by at least 3 times of other quotes. Not listening to what customer asks for.

Haven’t used this company before but I must say after one of their drivers took a stop sign and almost hit me and my children and then proceeded to insult me with names because HE failed to stop I would only question the employees. I called the company to file a complaint while still shaking and have not yet received a call back.

Provided a quote to remove a tree. We discussed them providing an arborist letter (if needed). When we reached out again do the work, they denied ever agreeing to provide an arborist letter. Enough for me not consider them for any type of work.
