Rider Electric was a referral to me by a trusted associate when I had difficulty getting homeowners insurance on my newly purchased aluminum-wired home - IC required either a complete rewire or AlumiConn remediation. While expensive, AlumiConn remediation was the considerably less expensive route. Eric and Dillon arrived on time. I found them to be professional yet caring. In addition to the task at hand they were quick to point out and take care of other issues found. This included a couple of exposed “hot” wires. I highly recommend Rider Electric. They are not the least expensive but you do get what you pay for!

Matt Rider diagnosed a tripped circuit breaker was caused by a water heater problem, determined its problem and that it needed to be replaced. I was impressed with his quick understanding of what the problem was and his explanation of the problem in terms that a lay person could understand. I felt that the charge for his service was very fair. I put his name and phone number in my telephone contacts with a note regarding his excellent service and will be calling him next time I need an electrician.

It's Friday at 2:45 pm and I realized that my garage power was out, including my freezer and garage door. Matt came out within minutes. He had our issue figured out inside of 5 minutes. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about them. They've earned a spot in my list of service providers.

Our pump that supplies water to our house stopped working. The plumber was able to fix the pump but then the breaker tripped and it would not reset. He called Matt and he was at our house in about 45 minutes. He replaced the breaker and verified the circuit was functioning properly before the plumber was able to turn the pump back on. We highly recommend Matt. We appreciated his quick response, his knowledge, and he was very pleasant to work with.

Eric was very professional. He stayed in constant contact with me and texted when he was on his way. I would definitely recommend. This is the 2nd job he has done for me and will definitely use them again

The team at Rider Electric are absolutely top-notch! We had a breaker try to catch our house on fire on a Saturday morning. Matt from RIDER ELECTRIC did a great job of bailing me out after a heavy rain storm. Came over pronto in the evening to take a look at my GFI set up and outdoor electrical Outlets. Pinpoint of the problem live in 10 minutes, worked out of solution, and took care of everything within 30 minutes. Now that is superior electrical service!
