I highly recommend Joe's Window Washing!! It is so refreshing these days to hire someone and have them actually come to the appointment right on time, and have a friendly and helpful demeanor, not to mention doing an excellent job at an affordable price. My husband and I recently had a baby and decided to relocate to a home with a little more room for our growing family. That meant needing to rent out our townhome (which has been more than a little neglected since the arrival of our baby daughter). Friends had recommended Joe's and I'm so glad they did. I've never bothered to write a review before, but these days there is so little value to the services we spend our hard earned money on, and more often than not you get tricked into spending much more than what was advertsied. It was so nice to have such a hassle free and good experience that I wanted to let others know!

Joe's crew (Eddie, etc) arrived timely, pressure washed my house and walkways and washed the windows outside. What a great job!! And the price was right!! Have used Joe's in the past and will continue to use in the future.

I just can't say enough good things about this company. I was in a bit of a pinch, as my HOA gave me 7 days to get the exterior of my home power washed. I spoke with Joe, the owner, on a Friday, and his technician was out at my house that same Sunday. Great company, did an excellent job, and also very friendly & professional. Unfortunately we had a poor experience with Joe's Window Cleaning. He missed our first appt on Saturday because of employee issues and rescheduled for today. Our windows were dirty.....I expected that they would do a good job because of the Angies List reviews and their 100% satisfaction guarantee. When asked to go back over windows that were left streaky after cleaning Joe blamed it on broken seals and said he was doing the best he could do. He tried to upsell me a power wash job because his window service is glass only and does not include wiping down the outside of the vinyl window sash. These things combined with his bad attitude and the cordless shade that was broken during cleaning prevents me from using his services again or recommending him to anyone else.

Joe's Window Washing and Pressure Washing were professional, on time, and didn't waste any time. I had my roof, home, fence, driveway, and walkway done with outstanding results. I would recommend them if you need your windows or whole home cleaned.

Clean gutters, pressure wash pool deck, screen and 2 porches, chemical wash house; all exterior windows and a few interior windows. I've used Joe's before and will continue to recommend to friends. Always responsive, professional and punctual. Work is well done and always complete.

This is the second time I have used Joe's to clean the windows in my house. Eddie came the first time to clean the windows inside and out, and pressure wash the sidewalks and driveway. He provided thorough service on both the windows and pressure washing. That is the reason I called them again to clean the windows. Once again, they did a thorough job of cleaning the windows inside and out.

The technician did a great job. I especially was pleased with my skylights (who knew that magnolia pollen was so red! That’s all I can guess). Reasonable. I’ll definitely use again.

Showed up exactly on time. Did a great job. Its been almost two years now and my shingles are still bright and clean even though I live on forested wet lands. Well worth the money. I have the cleanest roof in the neighborhood.

Joe's did a fantastic job of pressure washing my driveways , sidewalks, patio. They look like new. They also cleaned all my windows and swept my roofs of pine needles. The gentleman that did the work was professional, courteous, and did a very good job. I would give this company a A++.

Joe and his team came out to do a lot of work on the house
clean gutters, wash the house, wash underneath the house ( on stilts),
the carport, parking pad and all the windows inside and out.
I must say this is the best job ever. I had no idea how bad the windows were until
Joe cleaned them. They did the job in a timely fashion and reasonably priced.
They are on my calendar for annual cleaning.

We have used Joe's Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing for years now to get our windows cleaned from the outside. They have always done an outstanding job cleaning the windows manually. We prefer that method to avoid damaging any window seals with a pressure washer. This time we also had them pressure wash the front and side of our house as well as clean the gutters. We couldn't be more pleased with the results.
