Called Mr. Rooter around 3:00 pm asking if they had someone who could come out today and they said of course! I was glad to hear it because I was working a leak at my shower valve issue myself but ultimately needed a pro to determine my mistakes. Alex, the technician was here in about an hour and was awesome. I showed him what I had done and he helped me find my rookie mistake and got me squared away quickly. It was a pleasure to have him here to help. I called another plumbing company before Mr. Rooter and they could only send someone out the next day. Mr. Rooter will be my first call next time I have a problem!

My technician arrived on time. There wasn't diagnosis to do as I had had someone do that already. Pricing was clear up front and price includes all labor which I appreciate. My technician Angel was grest, explained everything up front and recommended future improvements for the health of the house.

Cory was amazing! Very professional. He assessed the water leak problem and repaired it very quickly. He also gave me great suggestions on how to avoid mold and mildew and who to contact to properly take care of it! I would highly recommend Cory to anyone with any plumbing issues!

06/17/25: called Mr Rooter because I botched a kitchen faucet replacement. Brandon showed up (a little past his appointment--but, I know what Blanding traffic is like that time of the day), quickly assessed my skills, and then set about correcting the issue.
Brandon was extremely professional, neat in appearance, personable and friendly, and completed the job in less than an hour.
It's comforting to know some companies still value customer service.

Alex did a great job as my technician to diagnose and repair my water heater. He showed up on time for every appointment. He was professional and he did a fantastic job. He even helped me with a few follow up questions. Scheduling was easy and they got out here very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

Had a Propane gas issue. Checked lines to stove and learned there wasn't an issue with the gas but with the stove.b

The whole process for repairing my outdoor cook top was seamless. Parts were ordered for me and pricing was great. Jay was professional and courteous. Will def use again!

I made the appointment online and in a matter of minutes I received a text asking me what time I wanted someone to come out. I chose between 8 and 11 am. I received a knock on the door at 7:45. Brandon was completely awesome and explained all options to me and fix my issue quick and the price was very good. I think I have found my new plumber company and tech in Brandon.

Brandon was my plumber and was delightful. His was as quick as possible with no time wasted. He was kind and polite. I appreciate everything he did and would call him again in a second. He has old fashioned manners and honest, too: that old type of work ethic that we all miss and is so rare these days.

Kevin came out, looked at my water heater, worked on it for 10 to 15 minutes. Found a problem and corrected it. Fantastic work very professional. Now I have to call Generac, yay.

Brandon was awesome!! Very polite and knew his stuff. It didnt take long for him to assess my problem, and had it fix in no time. He also found another issue that I would be having down the road. So I was able to schedule him to fix that. Before any problems arose from it.
I will use them.from now on.
