HORRIBLE. FIRST I NEEDED MY GARBAGE DISPOSAL DONE AND A TOILET FLANGE REPLACED. THEY SAID THEY HAD A LARGE JOB (RE PIPING A HOME) AND IT MIGHT TAKE A FEW DAYS. THIS WAS NO BIG DEAL, AS I AM A REALTOR AND I UNDERSTAND THAT THINGS NEED DONE QUICKLY WHEN YOU HAVE TENANTS MOVING IN. BUT AS A TENANT IN THIS HOME, I FELT VERY DISRESPECTED. I WAS PUT OFF FOR OVER A WEEK NOW. THE ORIGINAL PLUMBER WHO SAID HE WOULD BE THERE FRIDAY WAS ON VACATION, AND THEN TOLD ME HE'D HAVE HIS OFFICE CALL TO SCHEDULE. THEN HOW CAN A PLUMBING COMPANY, WHO'S "OFFICE ADDRESS" IS MINUTES, A GOLF BALL DRIVES DISTANCE FROM MY HOME, HAVE EVERY AVAILABLE TECH AT ONE PROPERTY. AND THEN NOT EVEN CALL BY MONDAY MORNING TO LET ME KNOW THEY DIDNT FORGET ABOUT ME. NO COMMUNICATION, NO RESPECT. NEVER DEALING WITH THEM AGAIN AND I WILL NOT USE THEM FOR MY COMPANY. I WOULD HAVE RATHER BIT THE BULLET AND PAID FOR IT MYSELF, RATHER THAN WAIT AROUND FOR NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL SAYING WE'LL BE THERE SOON.

We had an appt with this plumber for 9 am. He called and stated he could not be here until 2 pm. At 4 pm he called to say it would be the next day. We now have to pay overtime rates for a plumber to come assemble our kitchen so we can use it. Will NOT call this vendor again.
