I have been using Hickman's when Sean Hickman father was running it and it is by far the best Jacksonville area Heating and Air Conditioning company you can find. They are honest, reasonably priced and have excellent service with highly trained technicians. You really can't find anyone close to what they offer in this line of business. Hickman Heating and Air is all you need!!

Today, I had service from Hickman’s heating and air-conditioning. Last night after getting back home from a two day vacation. To our surprise, the temperature in our house was 80°. I have a special-needs brother who lives with me who has complex medical issues.(in a wheelchair, has a trach) I contacted Hickman AC late at night. They were there the following morning at 11 AM. The fact that we live in Northeastern Florida is a big deal with how hot it gets in the afternoon. The technician arrived 2 1/2 hours earlier than he was supposed to. The technician was able to diagnose and fix my air conditioning in 20 minutes of being at my house. His knowledge was next to none and he was very respectful. He was dressed professionally. He explained everything that was wrong and that could potentially go wrong in the near future. My system is at an end of its life and I will definitely be purchasing my system through Hickman air-conditioning. I’m attaching a couple photos of what the temperature in my house was and what it was just several hours later.

All in all-From the prompt arrival to the efficient service and fair pricing, Hickman AC exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend their top-notch service!

AC was broke and they were able to come out same day and diagnose the issue quickly. Worked to ensure the part was under warranty and came back out to replace a broken part in short time at a reasonable price. This company has earned my repeated business!

I can’t recommend this team enough! Tyler and Zach just finished installing a new HVAC system and a smart thermostat, and the entire experience was top-notch. They were incredibly attentive to our needs and maintained a very clean workspace from start to finish. What really impressed me was their conscientiousness; they realized the existing thermostat wire run from the air handler needed replacing, so they went the extra mile by going up into the attic to run a brand-new wire. These two are true professionals who clearly take pride in their work If you need a reliable HVAC team, look no further!

Called in the morning and they were able to fit me in same day. Our unit was under warranty so just had to pay labor. They didn’t install our system but still honored the warranty and I appreciated that. Didn’t even know! Technician Tyler was professional and friendly. Really appreciated th honest service.

The whole team at Hickman’s was very easy to work with. Destry and Zack did a great job installing our new heat pump system and they took obvious pride in workmanship. Another thing that impressed me was the cleanliness and organization of the company van, inside and out, everything down to the tool containers and equipment. They left our place neat and clean, too.
