Rowe roofing recently replaced my roof. Showed up when scheduled and finished up the next morning. Crew was great, cleaned up everything, no evidence they were there except for the new roof. I have recommended Lowell and Rowe Roofing to several friends needing new roofs.

Rowe roofing are the best. John Gladden was such a joy to work with. He has the best customer service. I would definitely recommend Rowe roofing.

I would give 0 stars if there was an option! We bought a house from an the family of an elderly lady who recently passed away. She had Rowe replace her roof 4 years ago. Apparently the roof failed 3 straight county inspections and somehow never actually passed inspection before the lady died. There were no boots placed anywhere on the roof and it was patched with scrap wood. We had 6 leaks in a 4 year old roof which they refused to come and fix because the owner didn't pay a maintenance fee with them to warranty it. We had to spend $20,000 at Christmas to replace a four year old roof on our new house. I guess they expected the elderly lady who lived there before would never know the difference because she couldn't crawl in the attic. We were doing remodeling and had water pouring down the walls. We had multiple roofers come and look at it and all said it was negligence on behalf of whoever put the roof on.

After a tree limb went through my roof in a Tallahassee storm I got great service from Rowe Roofing. Lowell Mason was there right away to secure my roof and get the limb removed. He helped me throughout the entire procedure from limb removal to my new roof to dealing with my insurance company. I couldn’t have done it without him. All the employees were courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

I called Rowe Roofing not long after hurricane Michael hit our area. I had found a wet spot in my sisters house, who we had moved to assisted living. I was worried it would be months before they could get to her house. Lowell Mason came and looked at the roof and assured me they could get right on it in the next couple of days. Sean Rayborn was very good about making sure he explained everything in detail and was on point with communication. His customer service was so good I referred him to a friend who also had her mothers roof replaced and she was very satisfied with Rowe Roofing as well.

Awesome new roof and maintenance! Rowe installed my beautiful new roof 3 years ago. I noticed a place where the shingles were not laying properly and Rowe was out in a heartbeat. In the last year, I purchased the roof maintenance plan and had wonderful, prompt service when I scheduled the cleaning. With a full crop of trees surrounding my house, this is a necessary service to clean tree debris off the roof. I was able to schedule the service when I saw the need. Service was prompt and photos of my roof and the process were included in the follow up email.

The workers damaged my house with tar in several places. After paying the company over $20,000 for a new roof, they failed to make it right. Not very customer service friendly.

Does great work, they were able to get my roof nearly completely replaced in under 16 total hours split between two days. This is a big roof over 2 thousand square feet of coverage area. The crew they sent were not only fast, but the roof is beautiful. They have made a repeat customer out of me even if I only need to come back more than twenty years later. They will be the company I use for any roofing work this day forward.

Was urgently looking to repair or replace the leaking roof of my home. I reached out to several contractors and no one was available immediately, until I contacted Rowe Roofing. They understood the severity of my situation and came out the same day. They identified and documented the problem area and allowed me to fully understand what was going on so that we can proceed. Can't say enough about your professionalism...keep it up!

I recently had the opportunity to work with Lowell from Rowe Roofing. As luck would have it, a tree fell on my house during some severe weather a few weeks ago. Within a few hours of the tree falling on my roof, the guys at Rowe Roofing were there to tarp it up and prevent any further water damage. Less the 4 days later my roof was completely repaired. Overall the project only required between 400-500 square feet of roof replacement, but their responsiveness to do the job was exceptional. Lowell's attention to detail and effort in finding the exact match for my roofing shingles was greatly appreciated. The roof looks like nothing ever happened.

Lowell also contracted out some folks to repair my deck, fence, and gutters. They all did and excellent job... especially the deck guys. Had I known ahead of time that Rowe Roofing is a full service contractor, I would have asked them to take care of the whole project to include the indoor issues as well.

This was my first experience with having to file a home owners insurance claim. Lowell was very helpful in guiding my through the whole process and sharing his experience. From the moment he picked up the phone for our initial consultation I knew that he was an honest, trustworthy person. It was a pleasure working with him. Let me not forget the folks that work at the front desk... they where very friendly and I enjoyed talking to them. I am glad that I had the opportunity to work with the folks over at Rowe Roofing, I just wish it didn't involve a tree falling on my house and a deductible. I would highly recommend and use them again in the future.

I inquired online regarding specs on a new roof and was immediately contacted by Seth Garrett. He walked me through the process and answered all my questions. I signed and paid online and within a week or so, I was notified that the crew was coming out. The crew were very nice and professional. It took less than 2 days for the roof. They had to replace some rotted wood on the chimney and some plywood but I was very happy with the end result. I also used them for my gutters. I came home and had new gutters. I would recommend Rowe Roofing.

They offered to promptly come out and look at our project. Overall, the service was top-notch, and I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service and professional approach.

I have used Rowe roofing on two separate occasions. They are great at their job. Starting with the great customer service from the secretary who was always available to answer my questions through email or phone call. She was able to get me on the schedule very quickly. When the roofers came, they were very professional and kept me in the loop during the entire process.
