I recently decided to move forward with a long-time wish of getting a whole home generator, and after a lot of research and at the recommendation of several friends, I decided to go with Power On. From the initial call for an estimate to receiving my certificate of completion following the inspection, the Power On team could not have been more professional, personable, and helpful! Vicki contacted me right away and got me scheduled for an estimate. Tim arrived on time and was very helpful in explaining the options, benefits, and cost. Brian and Masoud installed my generator and were prompt, efficient, and friendly and explained every step to me. Michael conducted the final inspection and testing and explained everything I needed to know about the generator. I rarely take the time to write a review, but the Power On team impressed me so much that I felt compelled to share my wonderful experience. Power on team was very helpful with our generator start-up. Office staff was great helping us understand services, extended warranty and start-up. Reasonable price. Brian the field Tech did a great job of walking us through how the system works. We installed this unit for medical reasons and overall convenience and peace of mind.

My new whole house generator is up and running and what piece of mind it gives me already. My wife is neurologically disabled and her creature comforts are very important to her. We just moved here from South Florida and live in a more rural part of Tallahassee where power lines tend to get knocked out with these pop up storms.

From my very first call until system completion today, this has been such a pleasurable experience. Every person that I dealt with was so friendly and helpful. Our head installer Jack and the rest of the crew are true craftsman with impeccable work ethic. I was kept in the loop with courtesy calls and they were always on time. Thank you for a seamless process from beginning to end. I am recently retired after being self employed and I don’t recommend other businesses lightly, but I highly recommend Power On you won’t be sorry!

Been a customer since the storms of 2004. Generator has been a life saver more than once. Poweron comes out twice a year for maintenance, keeps everything running smoothly. They worked alongside my solar installer to integrate the two systems. Poweron is honest, ethical and always there if we need them. Highly recommended.
