HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
My telephone call was answered immediately. The price he quoted was extremely reasonable. Mr. Dani was on time for the appointment and was extremely engaging. He answered all my questions concerning what to expect in his inspection. He did a very thorough inspection crawling into spaces and taking numerous pictures in and out of the house. Tried all appliances, and fixtures. Set expectations as to when the report will be sent to my email, and it was done accordingly. Highly recommend him. This was my second time using him. I did it 7 years ago and I am still going to use him when I need any inspection.

Danis did a wind mitigation for us in 2017 which allowed us to lower the price of our homeowners insurance. We were pleased with his service and once again needed a wind mitigation inspection for a new insurance policy. We contacted him to have the inspection including a 4pt inspection, since we had done some work on our home, including a new roof. He was able to respond quickly and allow us to submit the report for a reduction in our insurance once again.
He was prompt and thorough. It was a pleasure to do business with him.

Danis was so easy to work with and very responsive. We hired him b/c in less than 24 hours he was able to conduct our home inspection. The reports were completed in 48 hours (over the weekend) and with amazing detail. The 4-point and mitigation report were done precisely and ready to go to our lender. His attention to detail and professionalism are worth every penny. Without a doubt, I will continue to use Danis and recommend him to all of my friends and family. Definitely hire him!
