Am a homeowner in a South Beach condo with 400 residential units. Capital Construction recently completed a project with a lot of complexity. Every construction project will encounter issues. It’s unavoidable. All you want as a customer is a contractor that can resolve the problem quickly and finish the project to the requirements, on budget and on time. Capital Construction did that and more.

Great service and extremely professional. Steve, Todd, and Sergio have been great to work with. Highly recommend for any interior/exterior repaint and interior renovation.

Capital was thorough, quick, and responsive throughout the entire project. They went above and beyond the normal call of duty to make the project as unobtrusive as possible to our residents. If you have any minor issues after the job is completed, you will never have a problem getting Capital to come back and rectify any situation. Justin and team were very communicative and we would welcome them to come back and bid on any other work we need.

We worked with Capital on our corridor remodel and they were a dream to work with. From renderings through construction, their team far exceeded our expectations. Being my second experience with Capital Services (they did an amazing job on our exterior concrete restoration in 2020), I was once again impressed by how they delivered professional project coordination and excellent communication every single step of the way. The team was not only highly skilled but also kind and friendly, making the process seamless and enjoyable. Their collaboration and commitment to the board and all of the association exceeding expectations truly set them apart.

We recently had the please of having Capital Contractor Services complete our new office build-out for our engineering firm. The experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Their team was professional, responsive, and highly organized throughout the entire process.

From the initial planning stages to the final walk-through, communication was very clear and consistent. They kept us updated on progress, addressed any questions promptly, and always offered practical solutions when adjustments were needed.
