I had spoken to Rachel, who manages the company and answered my questions. She appreciatively texted me a very detailed list of what would be done. I had spoken to a few other companies, had one of them come to do an "inspection" if you will, to know what to charge. With that one, they only had availability for a few days after when I wanted services. They were lower priced, but again, Rachel had texted, in detail, what would be done (going the extra mile) and was worth the extra monies spent. I had showed the woman who was to be cleaning what I'd like to be done. I stayed in the bedroom for the time it took her to do everything then went to the other room when she needed to clean the bedroom and when she was done, everything was much cleaner that I imagined, she knocked it out of the park, it was far beyond my expectations!!! I would definitely recommend Rachel & this company.

Adriana comes every other week. She is always on time or early and does her job quickly and thoroughly. Very nice, friendly and professional. She does a thorough cleaning including lamp shades and blinds among other things.

I had an excellent experience with My Miracle Cleaning! They did an amazing job in my apartment , everything was spotless, fresh, and smelled wonderful. On top of that, the customer service was really amazing: Raquel was very attentive and professional on the phone, answering all my questions. I highly recommend their services and will definitely hire them again!

I decided to hire this company based on the reviews here, but my experience felt like a complete scam. I requested a deep clean, and what I received wasn’t even a basic general clean. They sent one person due to the size of my place, but a true deep clean should require at least two.

The cleaner arrived in an Uber carrying a small red plastic bag with only Fabuloso and a few rags. No real supplies. She used all of my personal items, including my vacuum, mop, and other household products. When she was done, my entire home smelled like dirty wet rags mixed with Fabuloso.

Nothing was properly cleaned.

No dusting was done: ceiling fans, vents, picture frames, etc. all untouched.

My bathtub was not scrubbed because she didn’t bring a scrubber. She used a rag instead. Therefore, scum was not removed.

She used the same rags to clean everything, including the bathtub. Completely unsanitary.

She didn’t move my couches, refrigerator, or stove, all of which were supposed to be included in the deep clean. Nothing on my kitchen counter was cleaned, it was left just as how she had met it!

Even the bed wasn’t made correctly—she simply threw the sheet on top as if she had no idea how to make a bed.

She used my mop with a bucket of dirty water, spreading dirt around instead of cleaning, then left the mop and her used rags in a corner of my home.

There are many more issues, too many to list. The whole service was beyond unprofessional.

I spoke with Rachel about my concerns and sent her pictures. Of course I was listening to excuses after excuses and she then offered me three options: a discount, for the same cleaner to return, or for a new crew to come out. After this experience, why would I let anyone from this company back into my home? And the discount offered was a joke.

To avoid any further stress and back-and-forth, I just paid and decided to move on. But I want to warn others: these reviews on here do NOT reflect the service I received, which makes me question whether some of them are even real.

Beware.

When we lost our Cleaner to a full-time job, we weren’t sure where to turn. We called a few services and ended up choosing this one because of the reasonable rates and great communication. The crew they sent has been spectacular. Rachel always communicates and confirms for them ahead of time, and when we need to add little extras, they always build in some more time. We couldn’t be happier.

I called this company at a really short notice. We needed an After Construction Deep cleaning and they came through amazingly. No only they book me service for the very next day, but they did an outstanding job. This of our first time using a cleaning company, but better believe it won't be our last. Thank you Miracle cleaning for bringing us back to a spotless home. I honestly recommend this company. Thank you so much!!!

I originally booked a deep clean three days in advance and scheduled it for Tuesday morning at 11am. Two cleaners were sent and arrived two hours later, already starting off on the wrong foot. This was my first time using this company. I was drawn in by the 5-star reviews. I received them upon arrival and gave them a walk-through of the home and deep-cleaning expectations. There was a total disregard for all the things I pointed out. There also seemed to be a language barrier. They seemed not to understand what I was requesting and also seemed confused as to what a deep cleaning entails.

After that, things continued to get worse. Nothing was dusted at all, and the cleaning provided resembled a basic surface clean, not a deep clean. They didn’t bring an extended duster for high areas, and when it came time to clean the ceiling fan over the bed, they said they were afraid to do it. They also didn’t bring a step stool, so I had to use my own and physically demonstrate how to clean the fan. I was extremely frustrated that I had to show cleaners how to perform basic tasks that are part of a deep clean.

They did not move the fridge, stove, or couches as Raquel had promised. They only vacuumed visible areas and skipped under the furniture — even though the vacuum fit perfectly underneath. Parts of the kitchen cabinets were never wiped, and many deep-clean tasks were ignored altogether. The “corrections” that were made only happened after I contacted Raquel and sent her photos showing all the incomplete work — and this was after the cleaners had already been in my home for hours.

Raquel offered to either resend the same cleaners or a different crew of cleaners the next day to finish the job, or to apply a $200 discount. After what I experienced, I did not feel comfortable having anyone return.

This entire experience — the lateness, the lack of tools, the lack of skill, the incomplete work, the need to supervise and correct everything — was nothing like the glowing reviews online. I would share pictures, but there are simply too many issues to list visually.

As a disabled veteran specifically requesting a deep clean, this was an extremely disappointing and stressful experience. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

I’ve never paid to have my
home cleaned before because honestly I’m a firm believer in doing things myself as much as I can and not paying for a service I can do on my own but let me say… it is entirely worth it. I have a 3/2 condo that is pretty spacious, about 1300 sq ft. I paid for a general clean and am extremely satisfied with the results. Getting the initial quote was such a smooth process. The company was so patient in answering all my questions and helping me figure out what service works best for me. The cleaner was right on time and super attentive to detail. she folded the towels and even the toilet paper like a hotel would! All my baseboards were cleaned spotless, which was so nice to see included in the general clean package. I even had some products I liked to use and the cleaner had no problem using them. I also was able to tell her what areas I wanted her to focus more on and the order of the rooms I preferred they be cleaned in and she was super accommodating. I wish I took pictures to post but just trust it is worth it. Even my husband was impressed and he’s not attentive to detail at all lol. I even had some billing questions afterwards and the customer service remained great even after the service was completed. Definitely recommend and would service again. Also, tip your cleaners!!

We hired this company for a deep cleaning service in July 2025. After that appointment, we decided not to schedule additional services. Our decision was based on several aspects of the cleaning quality and how the service was carried out.

The owner did follow up with us afterward and made an effort to address the concerns we shared, which we appreciated. However, we ultimately decided not to move forward with future bookings.

I am writing this review at a later date because, since that time, we have been working with a different cleaner on a recurring basis and have had a significantly better experience with overall service quality, which provided a helpful point of comparison.

In recognition of the owner’s responsiveness and effort, we have chosen to rate the service 2 stars and not one.

My Miracle Cleaning is incredible. Dani is amazing, and my home is spotless after every visit. I completely trust her in my home, which gives me so much peace of mind. The customer service is excellent, and they are always flexible and easy to work with on scheduling. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Miracle Cleaning! They are extremely professional, courteous, very responsive and punctual.They always do a great job cleaning the house and are wonderful about sending before and after pictures. I have called last minute several times and they always accommodate my requests for the day that I needed. They are a very trustworthy and reputable company that I have been very satisfied with and they even do laundry! :)

I had an excellent experience with this post-construction cleaning company from start to finish. Daniella was the lead cleaner and arrived with two assistants. She was extremely methodical, detail-oriented, and professional throughout the entire job.

They worked two full days (approximately 16 hours total) on my 4,000 sq. ft., two-story home with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and the pricing was very reasonable for the scope and amount of work completed.

Daniella went far beyond a surface clean. She:
• Cleaned inside all cabinets and drawers, removing items and cleaning them individually
• Thoroughly cleaned windows and sliding glass doors
• Cleaned the inside of the refrigerator
• Paid attention to post-construction dust and debris throughout the entire home

The house truly felt move-in ready when they finished.

Scheduling was handled by Rachel, who was equally fantastic. Due to construction delays, I had to reschedule the cleaning six times, and Rachel was consistently patient, responsive, and accommodating each time.

Because of how good the experience was, I already have Daniella scheduled to return in two weeks for a follow-up cleaning, and I’m seriously considering setting up monthly or bi-monthly cleanings going forward.
