Sunday Morning Good Vives - Mr. Steven from the Garden Center provided exceptional customer service! Even though I found him inside the store and he normally works outside, he never hesitated to answer my questions and took the time to help me with my orchid maintenance and offer great suggestions. He was patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable, truly representing the Home Depot brand with professionalism and a friendly attitude. Thank you, Steven, for going above and beyond!

Been doing business with this company about 15 years. I have the mosquito sprayer for my entire back yard along with the quarterly service agreement. This last one was conducted by Yoemis and Fabio who were the best technicians we’ve ever had. They were extremely thorough and did the service as it’s supposed to be done all the time. Best service ever from the company.

Anthony and Guillermo have serviced my home for a while now and they are great. I’ve got a pretty lush backyard and Mosquitoes love it, but they absolutely hate it now that I have SWAT. Thank you guys for all your help. I entertain outside all the time, and this makes it easy and more comfortable for my guests.

Yoandry was excellent. He checked the system thoroughly and made all the necessary repairs. He let me know when he was finished and told me exactly what he had done.

Purchased a home that already had a system installed. It needed some TLC and I reached out to Javier Camacho at SWAT. He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He looked over my system and gave recommendations on what needed done to get it working properly. I thought the price was fair for the work that needed to be done. Just a couple days later, tech Jose B, came for all the repairs. Great guy… he quickly got to work and a few hours later, all was working well. I was impressed with both SWAT employees. Glad to get the system running again and have the SWAT Crew maintaining it.

Noel installed our SWAT mosquito system and he was prompt, knowledge, careful and a good communicator. He made sure we understood everything. His helpers were Fabio and Ernest. I am looking forward to having no more mosquitoes or noseeums!

My experiences have not always been the best with this company however, the technicians that I had today, Noel and Guillermo were excellent very informative, did what they were supposed to do And so, in a very timely manner, this was probably the first time they ever came to the door to let me know they were here.

I have had swat system since 2020 and it is the best! I haven’t seen a mosquito in years. They are always amazing with service and any issues. I called yesterday about a broken pipe and Nick was out the next day making sure it was all in order. He was great!

Guiermo has been an excellent technician to work with at Swat Mosquito Went out of his way to provide some additional guidance and assistance to improve overall function of the system as well as solving an electrical issue affecting the system.
