Wow! Great company! I had a last minute event and needed help deep cleaning my house. I've never had an outside cleaning service come into my home before so I was a little nervous. I reached out to several cleaning companies on Sunday. Raquel returned my call on the same day! She was very attentive and cared about my situation. Her communication from start to finish was over the top and very refreshing. This company was already rated very high so that's why I called in the first place. Raquel was able to quickly schedule a couple of cleaners to come out Wednesday, just three days later before Easter! They were at my home for 4 1/2 hours and did a fantastic job. They were both very thorough and attention to detail. I was able to explain to them what needed to be done, I left and came back to a very clean home! When they said "deep" clean, they mean it. Money well spent plus a peace of mind free of stress and anxiety. I'm very impressed and highly recommend this company. Well done! Thank you!

We hired this cleaning team for a deep clean and the difference is a miracle for sure 🙏 The house was in really bad condition and we honestly couldn’t handle it on our own. They came in and worked so hard, taking on the tough areas with so much care and detail. The house now smells fresh, the air feels lighter, and the whole place feels brand new. They even let me sleep without disturbing me because I’m a Night Shift RN. Raquel was so sweet and caring with understanding my needs and was willing to work with me on pricing and easy scheduling. I was surprised that Rachel was able to send someone in a few hours. I was impressed with the time Camila spent in the bathroom, it was spotless. She even went down around the toilet.

I would highly recommend My Miracle Cleaning if you’re looking for a house cleaner!! They spent 6.5 hours doing a deep cleaning of our Boca condo on Monday. Our home has never ever been this clean!! She didn’t miss one detail. We will definitely use them again!!

This is the second time i’ve booked and I have nothing but great things to say about this service. First off, Raquel’s amazing customer service made scheduling such a breeze, she takes care of her customers and communicates very well. I had spoken to Rachel, who manages the company and answered my questions. She appreciatively texted me a very detailed list of what would be done. I had spoken to a few other companies, had one of them come to do an "inspection" if you will, to know what to charge. With that one, they only had availability for a few days after when I wanted services. They were lower priced, but again, Rachel had texted, in detail, what would be done (going the extra mile) and was worth the extra monies spent. I had showed the woman who was to be cleaning what I'd like to be done. I stayed in the bedroom for the time it took her to do everything then went to the other room when she needed to clean the bedroom and when she was done, everything was much cleaner that I imagined, she knocked it out of the park, it was far beyond my expectations!!! I would definitely recommend Rachel & this company.

Adriana comes every other week. She is always on time or early and does her job quickly and thoroughly. Very nice, friendly and professional. She does a thorough cleaning including lamp shades and blinds among other things.
