Outstanding Home Repair Service from Genescrop, Inc. – Highly Recommended!

I recently hired Genescrop Inc. for a series of home repairs, and I am beyond impressed with their work, professionalism, and attention to detail. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free.

One of the major tasks they completed was replacing our old water heater with a brand new unit. The team arrived on time, assessed the situation quickly, and installed the new water heater seamlessly. They ensured everything was working perfectly and even took the time to explain the new system to us.

In addition to the water heater replacement, Genecrop repaired a set of broken stairs that had become a safety hazard. The craftsmanship was excellent — sturdy, secure, and visually appealing. They matched the design with the rest of the home, making it look like it was always part of the original build.

They also tackled several other household repairs, including replacing a light fixture and fixing damaged drywall. Each task was completed with precision and care. The new light fixture was installed perfectly, and the wall repairs were so well done you can’t even tell there was ever any damage.

The crew was courteous, respectful of our home, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Communication was clear throughout the project, and the pricing was fair and transparent.

Genescrop exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and professional company for home repairs or installations, I highly recommend them. We’ll definitely be using their services again in the future!

It was a pleasure working with Simon and his team. There are well trained in different areas and offer excellent and created solutions for some issues with the original home builders. Very productive, efficient and trusted team.

When anyone ask me for a contractor I always recommend Genescorp, as a matter of fact I'm already saving for my next project and definitely will contract them again.

Simon does excellent work. Communicates very well and stays within expected budget. He’s very conscious of your needs while the construction process is happening, which made me and more importantly my wife feel at ease. I highly recommend him and his team. Beautiful work.

I used Simon Eslava for a small flooring project in my kitchen and he delivered and at a fair price. The work and communication were excellent and I would highly recommend him. Not just for flooring, but for other home improvement initiatives.
