Our unit had an issue and wasn't cooling so we called the next morning. With it being summer and the season of AC repairs we didn't expect that they could get to us the same day and they did let us know that their appointments were fully booked but they'd try to fit us in. Not only did they fit us in, the tech was at our home within 3 hours of our initial call. He was very professional and did a thorough job and our AC was back up and running without issue once he made the repairs. I highly recommend them.

First of all, I strongly recommend All Star Heating & Cooling.
I have had many services from this company as I managed multiple properties. Their work process seems to be well established and all staff at the company are very supportive and trustworthy. They took action as quickly as they could and fixed the problem and/or installed a new unit at a reasonable cost.

We have used all star for years and they never disappoint. Their workers are courteous, efficient and explain everything. Their systems for communicating our top of the line. Nobody does well when their AC goes out and these people show up. We are lifelong customers for sure
