Telephoned Jimmy's Electric Service on a Monday afternoon and they showed up first thing Tuesday morning. Matt in the office was unbelievable helpful and the technicians were not only prompt but courteous and very skilled. They called to let me know when they were on their way, showed up on time, did the job and then left. I could not have been happier with the overall experience and as far as I'm concerned its the only company I will ever use for electrical work. I would highly recommend them for any type of electrical problems or modifications to your home or commercial business.

This morning our house was 80 degrees and the outside heat pump wasn't turning on. We called at 11:15 AM, and by 2:15 PM, they had already come, fixed the problem, and left. Extremely responsive, professional, and reasonable, and we couldn't be more satisfied!

We had them install a generator outlet for our home. Jason was very good at communicating the price and parts availability. They showed up when they said they would and made a clean and neat installation for a very reasonable price. I would definitely call them again.

We had a bad storm last Thursday and I noticed I had some power supply issues in my office which is a detached enclosed shed in the backyard. I wasn’t having any issues in the main house. I called Jimmys knowing they did excellent work because of other local businesses and instead of sending out a tech and charging me for a problem they could diagnose on the phone they suggested I call my power company since that wouldn’t cost me and it very well could be a bad neutral. So I called Duke they were out in a few hours and it was a simple fix. Jimmy’s is professional and cares about the customer more then any other I have seen around here. I highly recommend!

Our A/C stopped working before we went to bed. After calling first thing in the morning, we were told someone would call us back soon to stop by. Around 9am, Corey called and was on his way!! By 10:30am our A/C was ice cold and working perfectly! Corey had the part needed right in his truck! Very impressed as usual with Jimmy's Electric.

Chris and Wendell came out to install an interlock kit and generator plug. Both guys were very knowledgeable as well as friendly and polite. They explained how everything worked and stepped us through the process to get us going during a power outage.
We had gotten 3 different quotes for this job and Jimmy's gave us the best and most reasonable quote and the great service, by the office also, added to our satisfaction.

Called Jimmy's after we noticed our float drain switch started to intermittently trigger, causing our AC to shut off randomly. Both Corey and Dakota came within an hour. They worked quickly to inspect and resolve the problem. I was shown what caused the issue and they also verified there weren't any other issues with refrigerant, pressures, temperatures or electrical. Both technicians were timely, professional and respectful. After this experience, I will be using Jimmy's Electric & AC for future repair work. Thanks.

Consistently good service, professional and aims to please. Nicki is always accommodating with scheduling. Dan is an exceptional electrician - knowledgeable, "can do", and doesn't cut corners, and easy to work with. Good helpers, too. This is our 4th service call within 2 months for a remodeling project. Reasonable prices for high-quality service.

Jimmy's air was absolutely amazing, they did the job right the 1st time, everyone who works there whether it was on the phone or in person was knowledgeable, professional and reliable. A huge shout out to Corey and the other young man (i cannot remember his name for the life of me) that came out and put in a new ac unit for us. They had it done within a matter of hours, made sure it was right before they left, we were very impressed with their work ethic, how kind they were and thoughtful of my pet in the house as well. Thank you so much to this company for getting our air back on!

These guys are terrible craftsmen. They will do barely what is necessary to get paid, and leave. In my home they trimmed a large 2 gauge wire to fit into an A/C pullout panel, instead of replacing the wire with the proper size. Because there were two exposed wires directly next to one another in the panel, the inside pullout panel caught an arc & lit a fire inside my home! You can see on the outdoor sub-panel they wrapped electrical tape.

My mom’s house had damage from hurricane Milton. Along with that she had electrical issues. We searched for a good company to repair her issues. Matt, the technician kept in touch with me throughout the whole repair and did an excellent job! He was in contact with me for whatever he needed and to let me know the job was done. We highly recommend Jimmy’s Electric and their wonderful staff. Thank you Matt for all you did! Your professional attitude made the experience wonderful! Kudos to you! I highly recommend them for all your electrical needs!
