First time shopping today for a landscape job. They had the black ½ flex pipe I needed and sold by the foot! They also have tons of rare and hard to find parts. Anyone who says their in the dark ages simply dont know what a true parts house truly is. We need more places like this and less big box stores. Hands down, best plumbing supply house around.

Company was obviously founded in the dark ages. I could not get their phone number anywhere on the Internet. After driving their found out that they had nothing that I could use. Person behind the counter was unwilling to help. There was a reason wy they had no help. They have no business... They have no business because they're in the stone age.

If it’s true about them being in the dark ages I would say it would be in a good way. They treat people like they should be treated. Reminds me of supply companies that were around before big box stores. Oh and the prices are good as well. They are awesome.

Dave was an absolute pleasure to work with. He help me solve my problem, not just sell me parts. Reminded me of what hardware stores were back before big box stores ever became main stream. Highly recommend!

Great customer service, extremely knowledgeable and prices are very affordable! Highly recommend! I had two parts I needed to replace and I've searched online for several days and parts were either not available, shipping would have taken two to three weeks or the price was sky high! As a last resort to replacing a $500 pump, I in no way could afford, I called here. They had both parts in stock and at a price that I would have paid for just one online. I was able to get both parts today, after having no water for a week and a half I am so grateful to the gentleman who works there and their company. I don't know what I would have done had I not found them!

Came to them with a valve issue that I could not get solved that any of the big box stores. They went the extra mile and even called in a guy to look at my problem and got me the right part for about $6! Great customer service and knowledge!
