Called several places and Hill Air took their time to trouble shoot what was wrong with my AC over the phone. The other places I called didn’t care about my concerns. Hill Air came out within an hour after my call and fixed my AC within 30 minutes and had affordable pricing. Very kind and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!!

I can't begin to explain how happy I am with Hill Air! I had an issue with my A/C unit after hours. I called, and Andrew said he'd be right out. He and his partner came immediately, diagnosed the issue and have me fixed as fast and efficiently as possible. He had me back up and running. I was as happy as I could be
Then he gave me the invoice, and my eyes lit up. To say their prices are reasonable is an understatement! Their after hours service fee wad the same as during hours (I have never saw such an honest company) and the parts to fix it were cheaper then I could've went to lowes or home depot to get. We now have Hill Air Conditioning set to service our unit (we fired one of the "bigger" companies and replaced them with Hill!) And if we ever need service again I will not hesitate to call Hill Air Conditioning. They have earned my business from here on out! Andrew answered my call at 5pm and got out to our house in just over an hour and replaced a fan motor on our system and got us up and running again in this Florida heat. He was exceptionally kind, came out quick, and knew exactly what to do when he got there. Not just that, but he stayed for several minutes after to make sure everything was all set before he left. There are many A/C companies out there you can call, but there are some that just exceed your expectations. Andrew Hill and his team are not only extremely professional and knowledgeable, they are dependable and their communication and customer service is way above par!! When you call, they answer… when they say they are going to be there, they arrive early! If they quote you a price, that’s what you pay. No games or shortcuts. They were not rushed and made sure they answered all my questions and that I was completely satisfied. That’s hard to find these days and I highly recommend them. Thank me later! 😊

Hill Air was a recommendation made to myself and my wife from good friends who used Hill in the recent past. They came highly recommended as being honest and prompt, things that don't exist much anymore. Andrew and his father showed up early after a call to me to ask if that was ok.
When they showed up, they allowed me to share with them what I did. By no means am I an air conditioning technician, but pretty mechanically savvy. I shared with him, I thought it was possibly a leak in the coil because the coil was freezing, up and it seemed a bit rusty on the inside. Andrew, listen to me attentively and then dove in and figured out it was a leak at the coil.
He gave me the option of replacing the coil or the complete system. As you can imagine, people would normally think "great, This guy just wants to sell a new system", that could not be further from the truth. Andrew got on the phone with Trans located a coil to perform a replacement if that's what I wish to do. The coil was over $2300 and with labor costs it would be almost $3000 or more to replace just the coil, and I would still have a 10+ year-old system. Andrew gave me a quote after giving me his impressions on what he feels are good OEM AC system providers, to replace our system with. We went with his recommendation of an upper middle of the road unit and scheduled the install.

He knew I had company coming four days later for that following weekend, he took it upon himself to stop out at my house and make sure the system is fully charged, to make it through till we can perform the replacement! Talk about Service!
Day of installation couldn't have gone any smoother couldn't be happier with the job done, and with making the decision to call Hill AC.

Would recommend them every day of the year five times a day.

Hill Air Conditioning did a fantastic job with the yearly maintenance on our home HVAC unit, inside and out. They arrived on time, were very personable and professional, did a very thorough job and left the inside and outside areas clean and tidy as if they were never there. It's nice to have a company you can trust to be there when you need them.

Update April 2025: Had another great experience with this company — just as professional and helpful as before. Highly recommend them again! They installed a 4-ton heat pump in April 2021 at my house and it has been running flawlessly ever since. They are great technicians and craftsmen who take the time to do the job as it should be done, true professionals. They created an airtight intake box for the air handler that holds a large easy to find size of replaceable filter that is extremely easy to open and replace. I have Hill's AC provide the yearly service each year and have scheduled them again for next year. Thank you Andrew and Drew for doing such a good job.

I recently met Andrew through a neighbor who was having issues getting her regular servicer to come out. After my contract expired with that same servicer, I decided to give Andrew a try and I’m so glad I did. He’s honest, informative, reliable and easy to get ahold of if you have questions! I would definitely recommend him and his company if you need HVAC service.

Prompt and timely response to central heater failure during Florida's unusual cold spell. Very much appreciated! Andrew was professional and so courteous. His rates are reasonable and he doesn't try to up-sell or recommend you install extras just to pad your bill. I've tried 2 other bigger AC companies, and at every visit, it was a strong sales pitch. The bigger Co we had signed up with used the "free 6-months membership maintenance visits" as an opportunity for another sales pitch! It was a relief to fire them, and find Andrew & his straight forward service. Highly recommend!

I have been doing a preliminary search on a future AC replacement and today had the pleasure of meeting Andrew from Hill Air Conditioning for a quote. Andrew took the time to check the system, answer my questions and gave me his honest opinion without any sales pressure. Having a construction background and having dealt with many trades over the years, I was truly impressed by Andrew's knowledge and professionalism. I would not hesitate to deal with Andrew and his company and he will definitely will be one replacing my system in the near future.

We had an issue with our AC unit and I called Hill Air Condtioning first thing in the morning and Andrew picked up the phone and made sure he was able to come over to diagnose the unit the same day.
