I called Speedy Appliance regarding an issue we were having with our dishwasher and a gentleman Cameron answered the phone. He was pleasant and helpful . Cameron was able to get us on the schedule asap. When the gentleman showed up “Michael” he was very professional and took his time to figure out what was wrong with our dishwasher. I can say I was very pleased and would have him come back again . I would highly recommend Speedy Appliance.

Do NOT call Speedy if you have an issue with a Bosch Warranty. They are not only rude and unfriendly, but they also won't talk to you even though Bosch provides 4 Services in Collier County that will handle your repairs. I went with one of the other 3 on that list and they were very courteous and scheduled me right away. Don't waste your time with Speedy. They are obviously not speedy and don't want your business.

Our refrigerator stopped working. It is an old Kenmore so we called Sears repair. They were scheduling 3 days out! We had used Always Speedy Appliance Service about 4 years ago (fortunately did not have any need in the last four years) and they came out the same day about 3 hours after we phoned. They also had the part on their truck. The repair technician had an idea what part was not working and put a test part in before replacing and repairing. The repair was done promptly, in under one hour. Mark also answered questions we had about this old faithful appliance. Great service! Great job!
