House Cleaning reviews in Naples, Florida

Have been using Total Home for about 2 months, am very happy with their services. The owner Dan is very hands on, he does a walkthrough on the first visit, makes a list of what your preferences are and uses that list weekly. If you require a special service or a change of date, he is readily available to make that change. The girls do a wonderful job of making sure that the house is clean, dusted and in perfect condition when you return home. I would highly recommend them.

Total Home Cleanings does a fantastic job of cleaning my vacation property in Naples in between renters. Their cleaning ladies are extremely thorough with a fine attention to detail. The supervisors are awesome, and I can tell that this company really cares about the quality of its work and providing excellent customer service.

Prices are very fair for the high level of professional service provided. I intend to use this company again and again!

The house was left a complete disaster before my clients move-in I had to call total home cleaning last minute to see if they could at least get the thick of it. Well Daniel jumped to get me 2 girls last minute and they absolutely did a 5* job. They went above and beyond and we're really able to get the house looking brand new. So very grateful and will definitely use this company in the future

Daniel has been wonderful. He has followed up after each cleaning and makes sure we are happy with the results. The ladies that have been coming are very professional and they have everything on our list taken care of before they leave.
I would and will recommend Total Home Cleaning to my friends, co-workers and neighbors.

Total Home Cleanings has done a wonderful job cleaning our home. They are reliable, detail oriented & open to feedback. I always know the days the cleaners have come, as one of our ladies always folds the toilet paper in a pretty design :) They are also proactive in bringing things to our attention. Dan (the owner) communicates well, so there are no surprises, and the cleaners are professional. They also accept credit cards, which takes the hassle out of writing checks. I highly recommend Total Home Cleanings!

I own a property management company and use Total Home Cleanings for several of our units. They are one of the most professional companies we work with. They do a great job and we never have to ask them to go back. We appreciate the work they do. I would definitely recommend them for professional and personal use.

Just recently started using Total Home Cleanings and by far they are the best cleaning company I've ever used. The whole experience is amazing! Nothing like coming home from work and seeing your house look and smell good! I highly recommend them!

We've been using Total Home Cleanings to clean our vacation rental for the past year. Dan and his staff always do a great job cleaning our house! They are exceptionally reliable, responsive and so easy to work with! We highly recommend Total Home Cleanings!

Dan Caruso, the owner, was prompt, friendly and very professional. He put my mind at ease when I told him we needed to schedule a thorough cleaning as soon as possible after having a full house, with 5 teenagers visiting. He was able to schedule our cleaning the very next day. I requested his team use some additional products that I would provide (eg, a steam vacuum) and without hesitation they were happy to accommodate. They left my house "immaculate - literally floors gleaming and home smelling so clean" - a direct quote from my husband who's there while I'm out of town. Furthering the point, my husband is not so domesticated and would not normally comment on a clean home. ;-) We will continue to use Total Home Cleanings on a regular basis. I highly recommend working with Dan and his very kind team.

We used Total Home Cleaning for a residential clean last week and they did a phenomenal job! Every room was spotless and the employees were excellent. The owner of the company not only came to our home at the beginning of the cleaning to do a walk through with myself and his employees, but also came after the cleaning was finished to ensure we were happy with the services provided. I highly recommend this company and we will certainly be using them again!

Total Home Cleaning is an excellent company that I highly recommend! They were cleaning my daughters house and she recommended them to me. I have referred them to 10 others who are all pleased with their quality of work. The owner arranges the scheduling and they accept credit cards if you prefer that method for payment. Their price is reasonable for the market. I own multiple homes and have used cleaning services for years. Based on my experience, I give Total Home Cleaning a five star rating!

Dan and his staff at Total Home Cleanings are an absolute pleasure to work with. We manage several short term vacation rental properties and they are always reliable, well organised and do a thorough cleaning job - paying attention to details and often going above and beyond. One of our recent clients reviewed our rental and said, 'It was the cleanest vacation home they had ever stayed in'. I couldn't recommend then highly enough.

We have been using Total Home Cleanings for about 6 months now and have been nothing but impressed and satisfied after each cleaning! The house is always left spotless. They are the only company I recommend now to others! The owner is very professional, responsive, and always makes sure that your home is in good hands with the cleaners he assigns. The ladies are always on time, sometimes even arriving early. I highly recommend this company for any type of cleaning. You won’t regret using them!

I was so impressed with the deep cleaning total home provided. The ladies were hard working and the attention to detail was incredible! I also felt very comfortable and there was an immediate sense of trust. I will be using Totall Home Cleaning from now on! Highly recommend!

Daniel and his girls have been nothing short of amazing! We have been using Total Home Cleanings now for a year and we have been very satisfied. On numerous occasions we have called on short notice and they have always been accommodating on our schedule. They are very thorough and trustworthy! It can be scary to have someone come into your home that you don’t know and Total Home Cleanings has been very professional in that manner. We have lived full time in Naples now for 8 years and we have used many cleaners and I wouldn’t choose anyone other than Total Home Cleanings!

Total Home Cleanings has always provided the highest level of quality service and continues to exceed my expectations. Their staff is always on time, courteous and very detail oriented. Their professionalism has made it extremely easy on both homeowners and investors like me. They are very dependable, trustworthy, and consistent. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and professional cleaning service.

After many attempts to find a trustworthy cleaning service I finally found one! The gals are super kind, quiet, and thorough. Daniel the owner is extremely responsive, helpful with additional requests and takes responsibility for his business. I'm so thankful that Daniel took the time to listen to my concerns (I had been robbed by cleaning person in past) and did everything that he said he would. Prompt, friendly and caring staff are just one example of why this company will have my business!! What a relief knowing we are in good hands! Thank you, Daniel!
