They did a great job at our home…it was raining most of the day and they still managed to complete the job the same day. Very responsive from start to finish and the guys who worked on the trees were extremely professional. Would recommend them!

Dale and his team from A Plus Tree Service trimmed our huge banyan tree and removed a dead palm tree for us three days ago. We are totally satisfied with the job they did.
The banyan looks great, they removed all the cuttings, cleaned up the lawn and there were no unexpected fees. We know who to call when we need another trim.

This is the 3rd time I've used A Plus Tree Service. Each and every time Dale and his crew have delivered excellent service. They are punctual, clean up thoroughly and are reasonably priced. I highly recommend as evidenced by the 5 star rating given.

This company requires that a tree photo be submitted as a first step, which can be tricky if the work is to be done on a 2nd home and you're not there to take a pic. Then an appointment will be set up with the arborist ONLY IF it is deemed necessary by the arborist based on the photo. If you don't want work done by a company that you've never had the opportunity to meet in advance this may not be a good choice for you. In lieu of a photo they will set up an appointment for an in-person consultation with the arborist for a $150 non-refundable deposit (i.e., you don't get the $ back if they don't do the work for you). It's a good thing there are plenty of tree companies to choose from in Naples!

Addendum following the response from owner: I would suggest that you re-train your office staff. The person I spoke with was very clear and what he said is not consistent with the info in your reply below.

We received an estimate that was cheaper than our 3 other estimates and, based on the reviews, decided to select this company. When the representative came on the agreed upon date to do the job he told us that there was no way that they could do the job for the estimate that THEY PROVIDED! When I asked them what the job would cost, their response was $1300 more than what they estimated!!! They did nothing to try to work with us to make it right. So unprofessional! Would NOT use them!

I order palm tree trimming from A Plus Tree Service and customer service was good. They called me later to confirm they will be in my place 7am next morning. I got message 10 minutes before they were supposed to arrive they will give me later new estimate time of arrival...probably afternoon. I tried to call them but nobody would answers my calls! Only after i messaged them I will send pure review about their bad service I got very long message I am not allowed to leave any reviews without receiving service from them etc... I took morning off from work and I believe its not very professional treat customers like this. I can't afford to take all day off and wait for service I schedule date and time. Won't recommended them! Very same day I found another company Johnson's Tree Service and I couldn't be happier. They arrived on time and they charged me much less then A Plus tree asked for as well. Johnson's was $50 per palm trim, A plus tree service which never arrived was $69 per palm trim.
