Very professional service
The crew showed up at the appointed time went right to work and did a thorough cleanup after the trees we trimmed back
I would recommend Bartlett to all my neighbors

Although I wasn’t on site I did observe the process on camera. The removal of the 50’ palm tree was professional in every aspect. Mats were laid down to protect the lawn. Two guide wires were applied and manned. The tree came down quickly. In less than an hour there was no trace of the tree. Not one scrap of debris was left on the lawn. Thank you for the service. It was perfect

We needed to have Bartlett remove our large Bismarck palm due to a disease. It was a centerpiece of our front yard and surrounded by numerous other plantings. They did a terrific job - thoroughly professional, friendly, and their process for removing this large tree was truly amazing. They also were extremely careful with the other plants. Great job!!

This is the fifth or sixth time I Have used them on the properties that I manage. They set the standard. They are the best in the business. When the are done, you dont even know they were there. Professional service all around with a strict focus on safety. You know the saying, you pay for what you get. Well they are the best your money can buy. Thank you Matt.

post hurricane Helene was presently impressed that all of the hibiscus tab Julia fruit trees which Bartlett Tree Service had staked we’re still standing!!! The technicians are very professional and hard-working. I recommend them to my clients and I use them at my own home as well.

I contracted with Bartlett Tree Experts (Naples, FL) to remove a "Live Oak" tree and replace it with a "Christmas Palm" tree which went very well. I received a phone call the day of their services to alert me that their team would be arriving on my property in about 30 minutes or so. Once their team arrived, their work took less than 90 minutes to complete. I'm very satisfied with Bartlett's quality of work provided and professionalism.

Crew was professional, courteous and efficient. Multiple trees removed and stump ground out. Job site cleaned up very well. GOOD JOB.

Highly recommend Bartlett Tree Service.
Aiden M., specialist, is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, listens to concerns, contacts before coming and provides thorough fertilizing treatments.
Thank you also Pablo Vela, arborist specialist, for your skills, visits, and care for our trees. There is definitely visual and produce improvements with our trees since working with Bartlett. Great staff all around.

Once again the Bartlett tree crew has done an amazing Job.
Starting from Natalie in the office, Matt S. patiently working with our schedule, and the amazing crew that came out (Matt, Jose, and Cam) did an amazing job working on our boardwalk patiently working around the public and diligently took down a tree without damaging the boardwalk. Great team all around.

Informal, expensive!

A Matt Smith came to our property on March 22 and diagnosed a fungus problem with one of our palms. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional and recommended a treatment plan which he would email me for approval. I said I was more than interested and ready. It’s now April 8 and in-spite of 2 follow up phone calls FROM ME, I have heard nothing. It’s like he fell off the earth. Mind boggling!
