Plumbing reviews in Neptune Beach, Florida

Tom is the best of the best!

We found an easier route to fix my shower when most corporate outfits would've bled me dry with unnecessary work. But not this guy! A++ my friend!

I reached out to Tom from a friend referring him to me. He was able to provide immediate services to my house and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. I’m so happy I reached out to Tom and would definitely recommend him to anyone I know! Thanks

Extremely satisfied and impressed with Tom Plumb ! I am not a previous customer yet he responded almost immediately to my text message on a Sunday regarding a leak problem at my meter caused by tree roots . He arrived promptly at 730am and worked diligently in the tropical storm downpour . He patiently , thoroughly and professionally explained the problem , the repair and the potential future challenges with tree roots . Highly recommend !

Tim showed up on time, was professional & courteous, diagnosed the problem promptly, and charged a very fair rate. It doesn’t get any better than that. He is best in class in a day & age when it’s hard to find good, trustworthy help. Thanks, Tom!

Tom was very professional, punctual, and clean. Removed and installed a new toilet in under an hour. Overall a wonderful experience.

Tom was very professional, quick, and I was very pleased with the result and price and will definitely be calling him for the next project or emergency repair. Would highly recommend for your plumbing needs.

Tom did a great job unclogging a pipe at our business. Had another plumber come before him who couldn't seem to figure it out. He came on time and charged a fair price. Would highly recommend!

Tom was great! I would say the easiest Plumber I have ever scheduled. And the most responsive and available!!! Most plumbers I call make me feel like I have to jump thru hoops to have come out. Tom was so easy to communicate with, available when I needed help, very friendly and fixed our issue so quickly! Best Plumber in Jax Beach by far!

Writing this review because of the attention to detail and follow through provided by Tom and his crew. Tom and his team do great work. They provide fair estimates and are timely and professional. Perfect for major or minor plumbing work. Would strongly recommend.

Reached out to Tom Plumb and they were super responsive. Had an appointment set a day later. They were incredibly helpful, went above and beyond to help fix the issues in my sink and shower drains. Will definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend to anyone!

Happy New Year! I'm Happy 😊

5 stars. Do yourself a favor and support this small local biz. Tom is perfect for all your plumbing needs. Knowledgeable, fast, and great value. Was in need of a new water heater /install. He advised, on potential units to buy- picked up water heater from Lowe’s, I pre-purchased and installed in my home quickly. Will be using this company for all of my plumbing needs.

Tom was awesome! He followed up to schedule a time to do the work, arrived promptly as promised, and fixed our drain. There are no extra hidden fees or trying to sell us more than we needed (like other companies). He handled the scheduling and came to do the work. No runaround. We’ve worked with plenty of other plumbing companies, and he is by far the best plumber we’ve worked with in Jax!

Amazing!
We had Tom Plumb facilitate in our multiple plumbing needs at our home in Neptune beach. From installing a new water heater to the full plumbing remodel for our master bath. Tom was honest, professional and always on time. He was very easy to coordinate scheduling with. He was patient with our lack of knowledge and took the time to explain every phase of his work. We recommend everyone to call Tom for all their plumbing needs. A real professional that cares about his customers and the work he provides. Tom Plumb is asset to our beaches community.

Tommy arrived earlier than expected and knocked out a simple valve replacement in less than 30 minutes. We prefer to support small local businesses and will definitely have Tom Plumb take care of any future plumbing issues for us.

We were recently notified by JEA that our backflow preventer was upside down and needed to be corrected before inspections begin in our area in July. Tommy came out and fixed our issue. He was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process and our issue was fixed in less than an hour. I never give reviews but I truly felt that this company deserves my five star review. The work Tommy did was impeccable and we will be using Tom Plumb in the future for all our plumbing needs.

I recently bought a house and needed a plumber to replace the 25+ year old water heater. Tom was incredibly responsive and scheduled me quickly. He showed up on time, was extremely professional, and provided clear communication throughout the entire process. After finishing the job, he gave me a thorough overview of what he did, which was very reassuring. As a homeowner coordinating multiple projects, his reliability was a huge relief. I highly recommend Tom for any plumbing needs—his professionalism and expertise are top-notch. I’ll definitely be using him again!

We had a bad smell coming from our bathroom, but weren’t sure what was causing it. Tom quickly discovered the issue, provided a reasonable estimate, and had everything fixed a few days later. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

Highly Recommend. Tom facilitated the installation of our new water heater flawlessly. We were having our garage floors refinished & Tom made multiple trips out to our house in Neptune Beach.

He uninstalled the old heater & looped the lines so we'd have water during the garage floor project. He also recommended a quality heater, picked it up & installed it after the floors were completed.

Great local beaches plumbing company providing quality work at a reasonable price. 10/10
