We hired NLS to clean the interior windows and ledges of a two-story atrium. The crew showed up on time, were very courteous and professional, and they were very reasonably priced. We will definitely look at them for future opportunites.

NLS Cleaning just completed exterior cleaning of my home and property. The results of their work were amazing. I could hardly believe the transformation from dirty and stained to fresh looking and clean. This included (1) Soft wash- Roof and gutters to remove debris, dirt, algae discoloration, ...etc. (2) Pressure wash of flat surfaces (driveway, pavers, and road gutter) (3) Wash and cleaning of Lanai/ Screen enclosure, vinyl fence, exterior of windows of entire home. The NLS crew included Ethan, Timothy, and Isaiah. Extremely professional and hardworking. The teamwork and organized approach to their work was impressive to watch. The owner of NLS is Nile. His customer centered communication and leadership skills clearly drive the quality of their work. I plan on working with NLS every year going forward to keep my home and property looking great.

Our condo community of 160 units recently contracted NLS Cleaning for our yearly pressure washing needs. They were referred to us by one of our owners, a member of BNI, a Business Networking group. We received a fair and reasonable quote from Nile, the owner. The NLS Cleaning crew were on our property for 3 full days, pressure washing all sidewalks, walkways, driveways and curbs. They clearly take pride in the service they provide, as our property hasn’t looked this good in a long time. I recently hired NLS cleaning for a multi-service large job to include complete paver repair and restoration, home and roof soft wash and complete property pressure washing. Nile and his team did an amazing job! I received a letter from the HOA for mildew on my roof. NLS Cleaning soft washed the roof, the exterior of my home, and the flat surfaces around my house including the driveway and sidewalk. Everything looks new again!
