People in business are as good as their word. If you strike a vehicle and agree on leaving the scene. don't. You owned the accident and assured that you would have it taken care of. 2 months and it's a "he said she said". If you lie in this situation, how are your business practices? Ethics? Pathetic, karma has its way.

I called a week ago today (on a Tuesday) and spoke to a women who's name I didnt write down.
I said I need a wall switch replaced and her tone changed when she
realized it wasn't a big job. I asked for a Thursday appointment and she
took all my info before saying "we'll call you back". They never did.
