Conditioned Air is VERY fortunate to have an employee in Emiliyan. He installed a new AC unit in my home and was very professional, knowledgeable, and took great pride in his work. He took the time to speak with a technician who does regular system maintenance on my AC and he patiently explained how my new thermostat works. An overall great experience.

Technician was on time and highly qualified. Diagnosed problem and reviewed our options. He departed in less than hour. A/C is working great and we fully satisfied.

A/C was down on Sunday. I called Conditioned Air and had a service called scheduled for that afternoon. The outer unit was not turning on. Jake did a thourough inspection of the unit and determined the problem. It was fixed immediately. He stood by to verify it would not shut down abnormally and also to makes sure the house was cooling. Very polite.

Jason was our installation tech for a whole house dehumidifier. He came on time. worked neatly and walked us through the steps we needed to know with patience. However, I am only giving Conditioned Air 4 stars because the electrician never showed up and we had to reschedule that part of the installation.

Always positive experiences. We use Conditioned Air as our annual maintenance provider. Each tech seems qualified and has performed our service checks on time, shared suggestions, answered questions and been very thorough.

Jacob was fastidious in making sure that our HVAC works properly. He spent an hour inspecting and testing every component, thoroughly cleaning the drain line, validating all settings, and even cleaning the compressor's cooling fins outdoor. Amazing care and concern. His predecessor, Keith, was equally good 6 months ago. This company seems to really ensure that its team shows a totally professional and considerate attitude and execution of their work. I am so happy we have a full service contract with this company.

Our technician, Ryan Pearce (Conditioned Air Co.) did a fantastic job checking out our HVAC system. He called to inform us he was on his way, he was on time, professional, courteous and clearly knew what he was doing. He was efficient and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Josh, Technician and Conditioned Air, is amazing. He went above and beyond to install a slow start into my AC unit in order to get my GM Home Energy unit functioning properly. Much appreciated!

Had Conditioned Air put in a new AC. Service tech came out for maintenance, did his work then advised me that the new compressor isn't functioning so he turned off the unit and advised Another tech would come out to repair it.

Another tech was sent out later that day and said that the unit is fine and the tech who did the maintenance was not properly trained and was recently hired by Conditioned Air. I now question if the maintenance tech actually did the potentially needed maintenance if he doesn't understand that there is a delay from when the AC is turned on and when it actually starts operating.

That said, today the new AC isn't working. And Conditioned Air wants me to pay for the "maintenance" call before they will send a tech to repair the new AC that is under warranty.

This was routine maintenance on our system. George was an excellent technician, spending time to thoroughly evaluate and clean the system. He was respectful, polite, and honest. I would request him again.

I’ve always used Conditioned Air. They are organized, and always prompt. The prices are reasonable for maintenance, and I couldn’t be happier with their skilled servicemen.
