Builcore team is exceptional, very detail oriented, responsive, with great employees, highly organized, and easy to work with. Builcore's inhouse workforce is a huge asset and communication is consistent. The team's subcontractors are also very competent and skilled. The finished renovation was delivered in a reasonable time frame, and with minimal surprises. I would like to work with Builcore again on future projects. The owners are very hands on and super individuals.

(4) Builcore truly take pride in the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their clients, so even after we moved in they have been extremely responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance on guidance on maintenance.

And all this always with the most professional, courteous and charming attitude you can imagine, from Juliana and Dany to the supervisors to everybody working on the project. This was not our first full-renovation rodeo, so we speak from experience: we highly recommend Builcore to anything considering a construction or renovation project; and if we ever undertake another project, we’ll call Builcore without a second’s hesitation.

Dany, Juliana and the Builcore team are meticulous, brilliant problem solvers that do exceptional work. They brought to life our 1925 Gables historic home in ‘22 (complete renovation). After pulling back flooring and walls they realized there was no foundation, cut support beams and uncapped cut leaking pipes and that’s just the start. We take great pride recommending Builcore.

I hired Builcore to gut and rebuild an apartment in South Pointe for me. They did very high quality work and were responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. In fact, when subsequently I purchased a larger and more expensive apartment, I asked them to do the buildout for this second apartment. The buildout is now complete and I can say the workmanship was top quality, they resolved a myriad of issues during the construction process and visitors love the quality of their workmanship. One visitor, after seeing my apartment, asked Builcore to redo a condo in Palm Beach for them as well.

I have completed several full renovations on my properties, and the most recent one was with Builcore in Miami. The experience was excellent from start to finish.

The company is highly professional, delivers exactly what is promised, and meets the agreed-upon quality standards. The budget was very clear and detailed, broken down item by item, covering all aspects of the renovation (electrical, plumbing, and structural work), with full transparency. There were no cost increases throughout the project.
