My 72-year-old mother has needed a roof so we contacted Fleming and in doing so we paid cash after deciding to go with them half the deposit then two months later we paid another 25% in cash which means 3/4 of the job has been paid for and told after the last deposit that the work would start within a week or two now it's going on the 2nd month still no work and no replies back from the owner after multiple calls only from the respectful manager has returned calls and been considerate with dealing with the stress understanding the situation he's not the owner so he does not dictate when people do work or when the crews arrive. I have reached out many times before I was even going to leave a response I asked very kindly was very understanding with the lateness and the time frames but due to the fact that the owner hasn't had the courtesy to call back or to reply I now am having to deal with HOA concerns due to the time of the roof being exposed in the community. My neighbors are truly concerned due to the fact that the roof being only dried in with the signs in the yard and they are constantly questioning what's going on why the roof isn't done so not only do I have the HOA but now my neighbors are questioning the process of this roofing company and it's very upsetting because I chose to go with them and expected to be treated like family as we treat people like family... everything I said is 100% absolutely true and has Merit I have not exaggerated about anything I just want a fair and respectable service done for my elderly mother...

No mess, picked up all debris & nails. Nice workers, courteous. Took longer for the Lee County inspections due to Ian roof carnage every where. Reasonable pricing.
