Gilbert did amazing. Gave great information and was very helpful. Definitely will request him to come out again. Super respectful and very knowledgeable. Office staff is amazing as well when I call, very understanding when it comes to where I live.

The Tech was Very Punctual. They Showed up let me know what was wrong and gave us preventative tips to help with the future. The total came out to less than $150. The other company that showed up before them (Hurricane Air) Charged us $300 to flush a drainage line. plus another $200 to swap a $16 part (They were there for about 60 mins). Please use Custom Cooling as they are honest and very informative. 10 Stars wasn't an option f0r these guys. :-)

I'm newly moved to Cape Coral and know nothing of split heating / AC units being from Boston! John came to service my units and was outstanding with both his professionalism and knowledge! I stuck to John like a Hawk to get a good understanding of my systems. John was definitely an expert of the industry and graciously answered all my questions and taught me much during the service! I highly recommend this company! Service, care for the customer and expertise are second to none! Thanks!
