We had a new system installed by Fernando and Nick. Our biggest need was clean air as our old system was covered with mold. My family and I are an active/
Mostly healthy family but would wake up every morning congested/ sneezing/ coughing. We would easily get sick and it would come back constantly. Since we’ve had our duct work cleaned to get rid of the mold and our new system installed, we wake up noticeably clear of congestion. Our house itself has a cleaner smell to it since the replacement without the use of candles or wax melts. As for the temperature of the house, we sit comfortably at 76 during the day and 73 at night. It stays cooler longer without the AC having to kick on every 20 minutes like our old unit. Fernando called a few weeks later to see how everything was going after the new install and answered any questions we had. I have already recommended Fernando and his company to co-workers and they have used his services as well. Fernando is honest with his work and won’t try to oversell. I would definitely recommend using Fernando and his business!

My AC stopped working one evening and I called Fernando (Healthy Air) and he came out the next morning. He looked at the air handler and found that the drain pump had a stuck valve. He cleaned it up fixed it for me and now the AC works fine again. He charged me nothing. I would totally recommend Health Air.
