I am so pleased just by Chris Professionalism. He was on time, examined my rugs and gave me his honest opinion and I am pleased. He told me up front they would not worth cleaning them. So, I decided to just throw them out and he did me the honors and take them to the dumpster for me. He is such a humble individual. He enjoys what he does, he serves with a smile these days. Stacy thank you for always being pleasant when I call.

Hands down the best in the business! Professional, respectful, and reliable! My rugs and sectional have been reborn. Chris showed up promptly at the scheduled time and took the time to explain the whole process to me and even gave me a run down of the chemicals used to clean my carpet and sectional. Once the job was done he took the time to put everything back in its place and he cleaned up the work space and made sure I was pleased with the work before leaving. I would definitely recommend this business to family and friends!

It clearly comes across that he cares about the work that he does, which translates into good customer service, then a great actual job when he is doing the cleaning and finally the best one, which is the customer feeling like he/she spent their hard earned money with the right business. I've contracted a couple carpet cleaning companies in the past, but Chris definitely went above and beyond than the others, and it was all with little touches here and there. It's the small attention to detail that can really make someone stand out. Chris is definitely who I will contract moving forward, and who I already have recommended to others!

Chris from JJ’s cleaned my ceramic tiles after new construction. I was unable to clean the tiles properly to remove the construction film.
