Jeremy was fabulous!
I have a Barbados Cherry that was in dire need of attention...and called around seeking help. I didn't leave a message and yet their wonderful coordinator Nicki called back and offered to assist me. I sent her a photo, then Jeremy passed by later and I received a quote via text that evening. We confirmed an appointment for the next day.
Jeremy arrived on time and explained the tree's challenges and how he would rectify them. He, along with his assistants Lester and CJ did a fast, thorough job and they had lots of jokes to share. The entire experience was professional, fairly priced and I learned so much about tree health!
I cannot thank you enough gentlemen. And will sing your praises for years to come.

Germaine and his crew are the best tree company that you can find in south Florida!!!! They make a very clean job, Germaine is really a tree doctor, he knows everything about trees. They have a very reasonable price and always with a big smile!!!! I would recommend him 1000%

Used J & J to remove trees and clear my front yard. The two gentlemen that came were professional and had a great attitude towards the work. Explained the process thoroughly and with a smile. Both went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Highly recommend this company for your landscaping needs.

Jermaine Jackson AKA JnJ Tree Doctor is the real deal. He shows up on time, his prices are more than fair, and he provides honest answers and quality service. We had him do a large amount of work on our property including hauling off a truck load of built up debris from our old landscaper. Very Very HAPPY with hiring his service.

Jermaine is awesome! I had a Palm tree that had been struck by lightening. Many people came by and gave me a quote, but I couldn't afford their prices on a single teacher's salary. Jermaine came by and quoted me a price that I could afford and he did the work quickly and professionally. I have used him on several occasions since then, and each time he does amazing work. He is the only one that I will ever call.

I have used this compnay now 3 times. I now trust them to go into my locked back yard when I am not home, leave them cash to find, and They complete the work perfectly.

Excellent service. True professional. Jermaine actually showed up when he said he would, unlike 3 other companies! Licensed and insured - so important when dealing with tall trees. Cleaned up a giant white bird of paradise that was pressing on my fence. Took down a beast of a 30 foot loaded coconut via zip line and another hanging dangerously over my tile roof using the roping method. Good crew.

Extremely professional and very prompt response. I just used their services on 7/20/17 and I have to say I am very impressed. I expressed to him that my landscaper wanted something changed and he came out to my property right away to fix the issue. Amazing service and very friendly company. I will absolutely use them in the future. I am a new homeowner and very particular about how things are done and they satisfied me 100%. Great job guys!

I can't thank Jermaine, the tree doctor, enough for the amazing job he did removing my tree stumps. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to ensure that the soil was loosened properly so that it can compact and swift back. I'm so pleased with the work he did!

Fast response. Super knowledgeable. GREAT pricing. They did a wonderful job removing 2 enormous stumps from our backyard quickly and in the rain. Looking forward to the completion of the next job we spoke about- the trimming of a huge tree hanging over our roof in the front of our house. Will update again once that is done. Overall, very happy with our experience.

Jermaine and Lester came out to cut a small tree near my pool and near the canal. It was done with such skill and the clean up was just super clean. No leaves went into the pool, and now branches in the canal though there were lots of limbs with leaves all around the pool and near the canal. I couldn't believe it when Jermaine actually climbed the tree to cut the limbs in a strategic sequence. More than well done. Then they moved to the front and again, Jermaine, chimed the overgrown tree to cut limbs that were scattering tons and leaves and broken branches all over my driveway. They did an amazing job and if I could give them 10 stars I would do so. They were on time, friendly and worked like an oiled clock. I will have them back in a week or so to do some more work. Best experience with a contractor in my 5 years in FL. ***** more!

Hurricane Irma uprooted a tree along with the AC unit. We needed to separate the tree roots from the AC to get it running.

After calling numerous tree service companies promising to come by but never calling back, Jermaine Jackson was the only one that called back & showed up. He pulled up like a knight in shining armour with a truck, tools & all the equipment necessary for any job. I was hopeful.

Jackson & his crew were extremely professional and best of all had a great attitude.

The task was difficult because they had to be careful not to damage the AC, but they took extra care and managed to get the job done successfully.

They were friendly, professional, and true experts. We are extremely grateful to J & J for their great service during this difficult time.

Jermaine & his helper were great. Held to quote he had given us about two months prior to doing the job - which was absolutely very fair & reasonable for the size of the job. They were on time & thoughtful of our neighbors & area. (Live across from an elementary school). Very polite & patient young men doing a job in the Florida heat. No yelling or swearing & cleaned up before they left. Expect to have them back again & highly recommend them !! Great job guys !! Thanks !!

No yard debris was left behind and best of all, everything was explained in great detail before the job was started. It was my first time working with Jermaine, but it will not be the last. I was very impressed with Jermaine he was very professional. I called his company and the next day Jermaine came out gave us a quote and went to the city to get the paperwork he needed and he waited almost 3 hours of his time. I truly and highly recommend this company. I gave this company a 5 star ratting but he is a 10 did a great job getting the tree down that day and cleaned up everything. A very Happy customer.

J & J The Tree Doctor is the best tree service provider is South Florida.. Prices is extremely reasonable.. Jermaine is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to your needs. Very Fast and efficient.. Day 2 on the job he even worked until 11pm to get the job 98% done. He is both licenced and insured. He removed 5 problematic tree from my property.. Highly Recommend his service.

Required a trim of our canary palm. JJ did an awesome job and even went out of his way to get rid of some white flies with non toxic means avoiding our pond and water feature. Thanks JJ! Great work!

Jermaine is great at what he does. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to the tree services he provides. We had a bunch of old Trees side of home that he took down for us and stump grinded. Excellent job. Would highly recommend!
