Best guy to for Choice Warranty to take 45 mins to write a report that a working AC that is still working by flipping on the breaker is a non work I unit. Unprofessional and Unreliable AGAIN the air-conditioning unit is currently working as per the tech who also claimed the unit next to it also wasn't working (which it was ) they're BOTH working need to flip the breaker not Happy could not sell a compressor reported both units NOT working with choice they'll be sending another tech to confirm both unit's are work. Even thieves have some honor

I never had a problem with my air condition ducts before. The ducts in the attic had deteriorated over the years. Which caused water damage near the air condition vent in the living room area of the house. The ceiling was wet and parts of the ceiling was falling onto the floor. Snowflakes air condition, performed a excellent job.

One of the best services I’ve ever experienced. I was out of state but Stanley handled the whole a/c replacement flawlessly. I was amazed by the promptness, quality and excellent work provided by Snowflakes Air Conditioning. After a very stressful HVAC issue, Stanley, of Snowflakes Air Conditioning, provided one of the most professional and transparent service experiences I’ve had in years.

He arrived on time, clearly explained the diagnostic findings, showed me the failed blower motor and weak capacitor readings, and discussed options before performing any work. He provided photos, answered all of my questions patiently, and documented everything properly on the invoice — including license number, warranty terms, and discounts.

What stood out most was his transparency. He walked me through the tolerance readings on the capacitor, explained why the blower motor needed replacement, cleaned the blower wheel thoroughly, and even cleaned and installed the filter at no additional charge, and made sure the system was operating correctly before leaving.

No pressure. No surprises. No shortcuts.

The system is now cooling properly, and I feel confident in both the repair and the documentation provided.
