I called and scheduled an appointment the same day. Ron showed up an hour early and was able to get right to work. He stayed determined to finish the job when he encountered some difficulties. He kept me informed of the work being done, documenting with pictures along the way. I feel confident in his work and was impressed that he took the extra time to check on my A/C filters before he left.

Ron came over on time and was great with explaining possible cause of problem. He worked quickly and efficiently. Cleaned the dryer duct and repaired my damaged duct vent which cause water leakage and build up. Recommend them for their professionalism and knowledge. Thank you for the speedy service.

Ron came out and cleaned my dryer vent. He did a great job and cleaned up after he was done. He came into my house with a mask and shoe covers. Very respectful of me and my household. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience! The technician, Ron, arrived on time and was very courteous. He thoroughly cleaned out my dryer vent, including removing a dead lizard/iguana. He cleaned up after his work was done. Very smooth and efficient!!

The gentleman that was sent to install my washer/dryer access vent named Ron was wonderful. My vent had been completely clogged with a massive amount of wet lint build up for over a year. Ron originally came a year ago and told my property management what was wrong and they never fixed it. Now, thank goodness they finally listen a year later, and he was able to confirm it was all fixed. This is going to help my electricity bill so much now that I do not need to dry one batch of clothing 3 and 4 times and do not run the risk of burning up my machine. A++ 💯%

Used this company for the first time after my sister did her research, read the reviews and found Modern Ventilation. Ron was on time, customer service was on point, before today we knew nothing about the maintenance of having an air duct cleaned and Ron informed us about that which was appreciative. Using Modern Ventilation was a great experience from the ease of making an appointment with Amy. Ron was the technician who throughly cleaned out the lint in the dryer & throughout the wall up to the roof. He takes pictures of what he finds during the process & includes them on the receipt. Ron did such a good job that my dryer works like it’s brand new. The dryer works so well that I canceled my order for a new dryer the next day! I highly recommend Modern Ventilation!
