Absolutely not professional at all. Got 3 different estimates and eventually got charged even more. I asked for a deep cleaning in my 1600 sqft shop and in only 2 hours they supposedly did the job, actually they moved so much dust that the shop was even dirtier after they left. When I made them notice that it was still dirty, they even got mad at me. The windows were not touched at all because they didn’t want to be held accountable for possible damages. Are we serious? How are you supposed to clean something without touching it? I also asked specifically to clean the lights on the ceiling, but they didn’t have a ladder so I had to clean them myself.
The “cleaning team” used our broom and tools, they didn’t even have their own, just a beat up Hoovers and some mops. When I complained about it, they offered me a lousy refund. I don’t know about other client’s experience, but I wouldn’t recommend Jan-Pro to nobody. A total waste of time and money.

Josh keeps calling my business but refuses to disclose what their business entails and was just plain rude demanding to speak to my CEO. I understand the want to try to get our business but when you keep forcing yourself on us after we have told you multiple time we have a contract with another company its just unnecessary. Please try other sales tactics other than being rude. Thanks.

Upon hearing about this company, I was so excited to come to my place of business and feel comfortable and at ease knowing it was cleaned top to bottom. Unfortunately this was not the case. Expectations were never met as upon arrival an elderly woman was doing her best to clean what she could reach. The initial agreement and understanding was that our shop was going to be cleaned from top to bottom, this included our AC vents which are unreachable and are located externally throughout our ceiling. Also had expectations that they would be moving furniture out of the way to completely gut anything and everything to get the space spick and span. The work that was done was basically what we have been all contributing to and maintaining for years. We wanted top quality service that was never properly met. Unfortunately I do not recommend this company as they seem initially capable but are also selling a dream.
