Terrible costumer service, this guy Jose Barrera is the worst person for costumer service, I couldn’t even take a coffee cup, cus he says, his own the coffee maker. So sad. Thinks like this make you running to others supply and make this amazing location Miami north lose money.

I would pronounce this place as an example of what an electrical supplier should be. The powerful reason: excellent customer service. The service rendered simply place in shame the rest of the electrical suppliers in South Florida. For everyone that reads this have Octavio Villegas show in real time how it's done. Great electrical supply store. I went there a little clueless as to exactly what I needed to buy. However, the staff there was very helpful and patient with all my questions. I was able to get exactly what I needed. Wonderful customer service which is not easy to find now a days.

As a contractor of 20 years in my business , I have only good things to say about this branch , I go out of my way to shop at this branch because of the personal attention and great customer service I get from Oscar and his crew . The place has lots of stocked items and always available for delivery if called before 10am . They know their parts and are great for gear orders

This is by far the best electric supply company we’ve ever visited. Robert was wonderful, He was knowledgeable, friendly and truly went above and beyond to assist us. They really made us feel valued as a customer. The store was neat & clean . I am so pleased with them I would recommendation them in a heart beat! And trust that we will be back.. often!!

My husband and I went to the store to get a breaker and young man by the name of Oscar was kind enough to help us. He was very attentive and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. I was very pleased as I have not seen this kind of customer service in a while. I will surely return to the store.
