I paid for a deep cleaning of my apartment and a crew of 2 arrived were sent. I have been doing business with the owner Lana for a while, she make sure the job is done as requested even if the staff tried to take short cuts (as cleaning people always do) the owner will call to make sure that the job was completed as requested. Her hands on approach make a huge difference….

The cleaning expert assigned to this job was superb in every way. She worked tirelessly for 4 straight hours to clean a kitchen, two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and the connecting hallways with her own equipment, no breaks, and no problems.

Super professional and they do such an amazing job! Lana, the owner, does the customer service and handles the bookings. She made it so easy and was so informative of the process. I found Clean Couture online, spoke to Lana on the phone, and booked an appointment even before coming to Miami. Clean Couture did an awesome job when they came to clean my mom’s apartment! The person they sent was great and she did a great job and very importantly had my mom feeling comfortable! First time cleaning was great, second time was not and unfortunately Lana didn't want to take any accountability. I simply pointed out areas that were still dirty and she responded with a bunch of excuses followed by saying we are not a good fit for her business. Ok!
