I had an excellent experience with Yaser when he came out for an HVAC service at my home. He was punctual, friendly, and took the time to thoroughly inspect my system. Yaser explained the issues clearly and even offered tips on how to maintain my HVAC system for optimal performance.

The service was fast, and he made sure everything was running smoothly before finishing the job. I really appreciated how clean and professional the entire process was.

Just had an estimate from JLopez service corp. looking to replace our aircondition. The rep that Came out was Miguel, this young man was excellent. Miguel was very professional, very knowledgeable answering all our questions. Hope to work with this company.

This AC company has extremely good customer service and one of the best technicians. His name is Miguel. Great guy. Great personality Really smart guy very well spoken. I was having problems with my package unit and my two-story house has been going on for about 6 to 7 months Once the j Lopez team came to my house the tech found the problem right away They were very nice And very helpful giving me pricing on new unit. It’s been about three months and my house has never been at cool as it is now.

He answers any questions thoroughly and actually follows up when he says he will—a breath of fresh air ! We recently had JLopez come to do AC duct work, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was extremely professional, thorough, and meticulous in their work. The quality of their work was excellent—they took the time to show us pictures and clearly explain what they were doing and why. They also went above and beyond to keep everything clean by covering the floors with paper and wearing protective shoe covers to prevent any dirt from coming into the house. Most importantly, they did an excellent job cleaning up after the work was completed. We are beyond impressed with their attention to detail and will definitely be hiring them again for our next project. Highly recommend!

I was blown away by the service we received from Miguel Torres. I’ve had the privilege of owning houses for the past 30 years and we’ve had significant service to our air-conditioning units. I have never seen a more thorough, technical, sincere job than what I saw from Miguel. He really knows what he’s doing. From placing their own mat at the front door, to wearing covers on their shoes, to having technical tools, I was blown away. It was technical and masterful. Congratulations, J. Lopez service Corp. You have an incredible asset in Miguel, and a great company.

Mixed review - ultimately, our two A/C handlers were successfully replaced as well as new thermostats (which were super difficult due to building wiring) for a reasonable price. Three stars is for poor customer service and permit process - little communication about the issues with the thermostats, stayed after building approved working hours, challenge communicating with on site staff who spoke little English. They Didn't secure permits up front so my deposit was delayed (although I am appreciative they started asap there was no urgency to complete the permit process). Inspector said a filter required - they refuse to install one as they "have gone above and beyond and it cost them more". Most ridiculous : I was scolded via text one day for not starting my text with "good morning".

Very good prompt service. I had them install an ADA toilet in my mother's house.

I heard of them from a friend who used them and sure enough they were honest affordable and did great work. Now my parents and uncles use them as well.

Jordan and Khalid were on time, professional, nice and did the job correctly. Jordan removed and installed a new toilet in less than two hours. You get what pay for! Highly recommend.

All in all they are just like every other doctor’s office around. They want to pawn you off to other doctors when you have a doctor that can do “everything” for you. When you submit a prescription refill request, it still takes at least 2-3 days to get it sent in. So you better have enough time and medication for it. I miss the “old school” doctors but insurance companies doesn’t seem to pay for those anymore.

The service and the work was amazing. King Plumbing gave us exactly what they promised. All of the workers were courteous. Even the boss came by to lend a hand and make sure everything was going as expected. Expectations were set from the beginning and met.

Thank you King Plumbing for giving us back our home. In 4 years, no one could figure out what the problem was. You all came out, assessed the situation, provided a solution, and delivered.

Probably the worst company I've used commercially in Florida in the past 2 years. I called and Bob picked up. I told him I need emergency plumbing service at a store with a leak. He was very slow to respond and I wondered if he was ok. He said there was availability and he would book me for the next time slot in 2 hours. He gave me an email with an address that was not Tom's Plumbing, it was a different Gmail address. I also asked if I could text the number, he said yes. So I emailed him and texted in detail all the necessary information. Nobody showed up. I called a few hours later and someone else picked up saying they don't know what's going on - they'll get Bob to call me. Bob never called me. Nobody showed up for the leak. The next day I call and the admin lady says there's no record of my appointment. I tell her what's happening and that we were told someone would show up and at least need service now. She proceeds to slowly try to sell me a yearly purchase to their business where we might get priority service. I said no and she brings it up again. Clearly at this point I just need service as the leak has been going on over night and there is no sense of urgency, just trying to sell me a yearly purchase. Then she requests that we pay up front after failing to show up for the appointment that we relied on them for. I don't know who Tom is, but I'd like to ask what kind of business he's running here.

While many motorists simply maneuvered around the obstruction, your two employees did something remarkable—they took it upon themselves to stop, exit their vehicle, and remove the mattress, ensuring the roadway remained passable and safe for others.

What makes this act even more commendable is that your employees were in no way responsible for the situation, yet they chose to act rather than ignore the problem. Their willingness to step up and assist, despite the risks and inconveniences, speaks volumes about their character and, by extension, the values instilled within your organization.

In a time when it is easy to be indifferent, their actions were a refreshing reminder that integrity, community, and responsibility still matter. I had an underground leak in the line between my water meter and my house, causing my water bill to double this month. I called Kings Plumbing in the afternoon, and they sent Jordan out that day. He found the leak within minutes, and stayed until after dark fixing it.

The quick response and Jordan’s diligence and expertise were an absolute blessing.

My house is nearly 30 years old, so there’s been a lot of things in need of repair/replacement lately. I’ve had such a bad time with other plumbers that I was a bit wary even though Kings was highly recommended by a family member. Their amazing work, professionalism, and friendliness laid those concerns to rest, and they’ll be my go-to plumber from now on.

Kings Plumbing is a great professional and honest company. This is my second time using King Plumbing since 2012. I can truly say both experiences have been beyond reproach. When first experiencing a back up Mr. Ariel was contacted. He came out to my home in a timely manner, he scoped out the problem, and immediately set a date for replacement of the cast iron piping. I recommend this company to anyone who wants quality, professionalism, trust worthy, attention to detail, and comparable pricing. They are the best!!!!
